History says when ever anybody in this show was made to suffer a head injury that involved too much bleeding, they weren't shown to easily wake up without any complications or without going thru a temporary comatose condition. (Pragya, Sarla, Abhi, Purab - all of them went thru this phase in 2015, 2016 & 2017).
It was indeed a surprise that Sarla was shown to get conscious so soon in ICU as per Fri episode (we may have to assume this to be due to quick medical intervention), ofcourse Sarla was put on sedatives later on before doctor told they need to conduct some tests on her brain, verify results and hence they can't discharge her till then. Sarla went thru severe head injury resulting in an acute paralytic condition earlier in 2016, (if writers still remember that plot) and now she has also turned hysterical in hospital. 😛
Usually TV serial creatives & writers don't miss weaving few episodes around head injuries that too if it involves both leads or key characters, even if nobody is quitting the show or going on a long holiday. 😃
Even now they have ample scope to play around Pragya's head injury, if they aren't yet ready on what content to fill up after Tanu's wedding gets stopped and Pragya's whereabouts get traced in the show. Before Pragya becomes completely normal or somehow back in Abhi's life, there are few scenarios that kkb writers can play upon, where Abhi can be shown to feel guilty for Pragya's condition.
1. Due to delay in medical intervention and over bleeding, Pragya may become critically unconscious for couple of days.
2. After gaining conscious Pragya may get into deep trauma, become numb unable to react or speak to anybody for some time.
3. Pragya may suffer partial or complete memory loss. (can also fake it :)) She may either claim to be Mrs.Pragya Abhishek Mehra when she wakes up or she may completely forget Abhi's memories. 😆
4. She may be shown to get overly hysterical by turning into a patient with psychological disorder with sudden turn of events against her.
5. Even if she is saved normally, Pragya may conclude that Abhi went thru all rituals and got married to Tanu when she got kidnapped. She may assume Dadi, Purab and Dasi allowed wedding to happen thinking bride in veil to be her and so she may decide to leave the city before meeting anybody.
KKB crew majorly looks for recycling plots with huge drag potential while previous sub-plots and tracks are still kept open even in a disconnected state, so I feel they won't let go of kidnap and Pragya's head injury so easily without dragging. 😆
