Yes, because she didn't want the Mehras to know their new location by any chance.

Maa's determination to take Pragya away is understandable but she is forgetting how much Purab and Abhi have done for her and her family in the past. But that's her character.. her temper/impulsiveness makes her do things. She didn't need to shut the door on Purab but could explain to him. He would agree to that. He has kept so many secrets for Pragya in the past including not telling Abhi anything about Mogambo.

I think was worried Purab will change Pragya's mind and talk her into staying with Abhi. Purab should also think about his life and move one.

She was not in a condition to explain anything Tia. At that point of time her only priority was Pragya. And that wasn't the time to remember what Abhi and Purab has done for her family. She was in a kind of hurry to take Pragya away with her. It's not that she never realized how Abhi and Purab helped her in the past. She said in the police station na that Purab has already done a lot of things for them. Before Abhi's ML too she said it many times.

Mitushi she was fairly calm when she was in Arora house. There was no need to show the door to Purab at least! Purab would gladly accept her decision. She could trust him that much after how he is with Aroras more than Mehras.

Purab wants Abhi and Pragya to unite. Why will he let them go? Sarla Ma was calm when they entered AH. She told Purab that we'll talk about this tomorrow. Purab started talking about Abhi. She said two three times that we'll talk tomorrow but he wasn't listening so she lost her cool and bursted. Yes I felt bad for him too.
