Confused and confusing Abhi

After yesterday's precap, viewers felt that Abhi was powerless in front of the cops and couldn't really stop them from arresting Pragya. There was talk that he really didn't mean anything demeaning when he asked Purab why he was raising his hand against Aliya for Pragya.

All that was cleared today. Abhi did ask Purab why he was sticking up for Pragya against Aliya. Abhi did not stop the cops from taking Pragya away. Empty talk of protecting her to Sarla ma. But most of, that monologue proved beyond a doubt that Abhi still does not fully believe Pragya is innocent.

Yes, Abhi is confused because of the memory loss but if he can feel that irresisitable pull towards Pragya, the writers should show that Abhi inexplicably and whole-heartedly believes that Pragya is innocent. If his heart knows, then the writers must make him act upon that - it will tie in with the story more - can't have him flirting with Pragya because his heart knows they belong but then have him doubt her at the same time, even momentarily. He should unquestioningly believe in her and get her out of jail ASAP even if his actions don't make sense to him.

Yes he is confused and it's confusing. That's what it is.

First of all, yes he told Sarla Maa that he will take care of Pragya. But did Sarla Maa tell him that my daughter may be accused of being a fraud no. 1 with proofs? Of course not. Sarla Maa just told him to make sure she eats on time at a level which Abhi understands, while in her heart she might have worried up to Pragya's life.

Why should Abhi be shown to trust his "secretary/fan"/may be friend Pragya against Aaliyah so easily? What are Aaliyah's reasons to make up such big lies in Abhi's perspective?

Can a secretary not cheat a boss? Yes she can. Can a modest looking, kind behaving person be greedy and ugly inside? Yes she can. So why should Abhi completely believe Pragya to have not cheated when the proofs are otherwise?

But then at the same time, Aaliyah is his sister of 30 years. I don't think Abhi and Aaliyah have anything against each other pre-Pragya.

I believe the show is trying to show one thing clearly. Abhi at heart feels some pull for Pragya but his brain wants to see logic. It's foolish if they show he believes in Pragya without questions.

I don't understand why viewers have issues when Abhi believes in Aaliyah unquestioningly. He does it out of love. But then we know how wrong it gets when he believes in her.

And for Pragya, he does not have the clarity of love to trust her without reason. So whatever they are showing is perfectly justified. I am glad they are showing Abhi confused. He can't be anything else as of now with a woman like Pragya and sister like Aaliyah.

And they are showing it very clearly that in his heart he feels she is innocent but the proofs are otherwise. What to do in such a situation? Go by heart of go by logic? It is not an easy choice for anyone.

PS:The show also showed how much "proofs" the characters think as important for Abhi. Now proofs are against Pragya. Why do any character expects him to not believe proofs? Hahaa..

I'm glad he is shown questioning himself what is right & what is wrong.

He is not wrong in thinking both the ways that both Pragya or Alia cannot be wrong .He will have many questions in his mind which is logical.

Last track of this show was all about proofs, good people wanted Abhi to go by proofs now when proofs are against Pragya why should he over look it 😆

Good point Anu!! Abhi should not be molded to suit what goes on with Pragya. And glad they don't do so. They keep him consistent that way. This is how he is. He likes to trust his near and dear ones but ultimately goes by his heart and stands by what he feels right!

did he really doubt i feel he just say he want to listen from pragya mouth she did or not ? but how strange one day ago he say he trust nikita ask cops to stop but police take him ok thsts a law but now did he really doubt ?why he show that trust yesterday all say if he trustednikita he will ler her be in jail he provedhe dnt trusted nikita by doubtibg her no need to say all those dialogues if he hv notrust then he cansay why all trust u dialogues then doubt uff

Not asking him to overlook the proofs, just to question the proofs ;)

Definitely should not be molded by what goes on with Pragya but that he should be guided by his heart. And I believe he will be.

Not sure why the dialogues were like that :( maybe to confuse the viewers as well?

abhi dissapointed me he can doubt yesterday na why will those trust u then again doubting if abhi doubtnikita i will not feel bad why showing trust then doubting lol
