Abhi: *holds her wrist stopping her from running* Who are you? What are you doing here?

Pragya: I... I am student of this college.

Abhi: What are you doing here at this time.

Pragya: I came to the wrong hostel. I was actually going to the girls hostel.

Abhi: *raises eyebrows*

Pragya: *stumbles and then rushes with words* I was really going to my hostel. Why would I come to boys hostel? Do I look like a boy?

Abhi: *suppresses the subtle smile that was about to creep in his face* *arms crossed* Is this the time to go back to hostel? *takes phone from pocket* Let me check with your hostel warden.

Pragya: *gets tensed* *snatches phone*

Abhi: *shocked* *frowns at her*

Pragya: What kind of warden are you? If you call her at this time, won't I get caught?

Abhi: For you information, you are already caught... by me.

Pragya: But you are the wrong hostel warden.

Abhi: Wrong?

Pragya: You are not my hostel warden na.

Abhi: *thinks what is she talking*

Pragya: *notices he is thinking* *runs away*

Pragya reaches her hostel without anyone noticing. Just when she enters her room, the phone in her black hoodie pocket starts buzzing suddenly. She quickly closes the door and picks up the call.

Pragya: Hello

Abhi: Why did you take my phone?

Pragya: *looks at the phone and realises that she forgot to give it back to him* I am sorry. I will return it to you tomorrow morning.

Abhi: Tomorrow? I need it now.

Pragya: How can I come now? I reached my hostel.

Abhi: I will come and get it.

Pragya: What? Don't you have any sense? You are thinking about coming to girls hostel at night?

Abhi: It's my phone and I am coming to get it. Why are you over reacting?

Pragya: Over reacting. How would you react if I come to boys hostel at this time? *realises that she just did that and bites her lip* I mean you can't come at this time. *hangs up*

The next day, she goes to boys hostel and gives his phone back. When she is about to leave, he starts shouting that his phone is not working. She takes the phone from him and it really doesn't work. He starts frowning at her as she tells him that she accidentally spilled coffee over his phone but it worked then. She offers to get his phone repaired but he denies. She forcefully takes his phone and tells him that it was her fault so she would get his phone ready. He asks her what if she cheat

Pragya: It was my fault. So I would get it ready.

Abhi: What if you cheat me and never return my phone?

Pragya: *sarcastic* What can I do with a repaired phone? *sees his face dull* *pulls his hand* OK this is my number *writes her phone number in his hand with a pen* If I don't get your phone back by next week, call me.

Pragya gets his phone in working condition in 2 days but forgets to give it to him due to exams. Abhi on the other side keeps waiting for the girl to come to see him. Not because of his phone and he also has brought another phone but because he has secretly started wanting to see the girl. Once, while cleaning her room Pragya notices his phone and scolds herself for forgetting. She gives it to Purab and asks him to give it to his warden as she is going home for holidays.

On the other hand, Abhi is disappointed that she didn't come to give his phone but then he scolds himself for thinking about a girl whom he barely knows. Abhi sees the girl at times in college canteen, library etc but he doesn't approach her.

Abhigya don't meet each other afterwards as Pragya finishes her course at college.

After 2 years, Pragya is at a friend's marriage. She unplugs her phone from charger before leaving the room. Pragya is with chatting with her college friends. Suddenly she gets a call. She attends but the person on the other side doesn't even have the courtesy to say Hello but asks who are you. She retorts that he was the one called her and he should introduce himself first. The guy says that she is having his phone and he has her phone. He says that their phones have been swapped which she refuses. The guy then tells her to look at the wallpaper. Pragya realises that it's her photo and she never puts her photo as a wallpaper. She wonders who the guy is. She tells him to come to a particular place in the marriage hall and waits for him. To her surprise, it's him.

On the other hand, Abhi doesn't know he should feel happy that he saw her again or embarrassed that she came to know that he has her picture as wallpaper. He also thinks what reason could he give if she asks him why did he take her photo. But Pragya gives him the phone without any questions. He then gets a text from her.

"Is your phone working this time? 😛"

Abhigya start flirting. Abhigya become friends. Abhigya fall in love. <3
