They would have threatened her to kill pari and she must have signed.

I don't think villains will let Pragya go easily.
Or may be the car had Nikhil - pari and Nikhil got back pari because prags tried to escape.

Nikhil won't even let Pari go easily. Anyone amongst the two (Pari Pragya) leaving puts him in more danger.
