It could be that this whole track was an April Fools track just waiting for this day lol.

And now Pragz and Daadi snap out of Daadi's "What if we don't tell Abhi" route after she saves Pragz from the hospital. And Pragz decides Daadi has gone nuts. And its Tabhi Mehndi day. And now Pragz walks in. Same saree, same new look. But tells Abhi the truth. Boom. Track over.

That'd be a nice April Fools day episode...showing us that this whole track was actually one huge, extensively and horribly-gone-wrong dream.
