Beforehand I make sure I watch all the episodes. Then I will write down every issues I have found such as the dialogues since May 2015 and ongoing, direction, editing and so on. I would request a meeting on the same day and I would present all the faults I have found and show them the good points starting from the soap until May 2015. I expect this to happen in a day as I would request an emergency meeting which includes the whole team. Then I would sit and explain in the same meeting how everyone needs to buckle up and not take advantage of high ratings and the leads and other reasons for the show for being successful. If it's not improved in a months time, I would request another meeting and this time with Ekta included in it too. And take it further until then.
