Round and round the merry go round

The storyline is going nowhere except in never ending circles. What is the purpose to this charade? There is still no proper plan in the offing to out Tanu's baby dad. No plan to oust Aaliya. Only thing they have succeeded at is to create a distance between Abhi and Pragya. Is there an end in sight? Will Abhi ever wise up? Will Tanu ever be out of the Mehra house? Will Raj ever find out who was responsible for his arrest? Will the entire truth of Aaliya ever come out into the open? Will Sarla ever stop acting like an attention starved five year old? Will the plot ever resolve anything or will it keep spinning in giddy circles? Your guess is as good as mine.
