Fraud taken seriously?

Pragya admitted that she cheated Abhi to sign all his property under her name while she asked him to sign divorce papers. It means she is saying she cheated him in front of everyone. Isn't that fraud? And can one actually cheat someone to snatch his/her property like that?

Lol going by logic , what is the proof
She said it herself but still what is the proof she did it

Family members proof will not be accepted by Indian court.
She can also say if he claimed this as fraud she will complain about him having an affair When married.

Abhi might not object to it since he loves her and he might even think she could be upto something.

But if he objects, does he not stand a right to have her booked with this fraud charge?

No proof that she cheated Abhi as it is your duty to read legal documents carefully before signing .

What documents were signed... Was it a transfer... Did she get consent to transfer the property from the government... Something which abhi would have to get. Did she register the new title, coz to that she would need the old title. Did money change hands, coz by law, you can't transfer properties at nil value, the taxman wants his share of money. As for giving his spouse a gift, there is a max amount you can which is tax free. dates on the documents would play a huge role, coz she would have to have the property registered in her name prior to divorce documents signed. If she did all that were fake documents used.

@angelpureness...that is quite the legal mind that you have...lol...but the world of the cv's of kkb...these things is of no importance...so there is no fraud in indian serial...raj also signed documents that he did not know he signed...so not of these documents can be disputed...the way of the cv's has no logic...we must always remember that...so if tanu and abhi get married then it is also illegal because he and pragya as far as we know now is not divorced...and he only signed one document,,,and they were now the property papers and no divorce papers...or they might come up with some other illogical drama...btw...tanu did not even bother to find out if she can legally marry abhi...if she cannot she won't be able to get anything...but she is such an idiot...

Abhi should put a caveat on the property... So that she can't touch it... This way he has time to prove fraud took place.

Indian drama make property fraud seem like child's play.
