Obviously Abhi paid for it but does Daadi own it? I do not remember if Abhi said it was in Daadi's name or not but he bought it for Daadi.
If it is in Daadi's name, may be she put it on Pragya's name so that it is saved from Tannu and Aaliyah.

PS: Can Pragya not remove Aaliyah from Mehra mansion easily using her murder attempt on BB which she admitted to and which was actually witnessed by herself and all Aroras? BB would sure be with her if she wants to put Aalu in jail for it. If Aalu is sent to jail, isn't the problem solved?

That would not be interesting to watch if Pragya just throws Aliya out of MM. The show needs to Run for 1000 episode more, if they solve problems like this,how will they survive.Also the show caters to all sections of viewers. So some viewers like me whose 2 favorite girls in the show,are in a face off situation, no matter how it came,their fun will be spoilt.
Also I think Abhi was the owner, Pragya and her team of planners got it in her name somehow.

It seems to be in abhi's name because in yesterday's segments pragya shows aaliya the property papers and says "see it bears your Bro's sign.. Without which the property couldn't have become mine" something like that..

it was a gift to dadi, so its obvious that he named that mansion on dadi's name...😊

about aliya, that BB case is old now, if she wants to put her in jail with this old incident may be it's not possible, and purab only convinced police for that...

so maybe she is not thinking about jail...😕

now pragya is following abhi(in MMS TRACK)...😆

And I think that's why Tannu was threatening the daadis (since Abhi kept the promise of leaving since daadi could reside there). she knew she had the power to prove this stunt to be unlawful. Can't kick the owner out, babes.

He had said, I Abhishek Mehra the owner of this house...blah blah
So he owns it.

And remember Abhi had signed the pseudo divorce paper for Pragya? The one where we were confused if it's a divorce paper or just an agreement of her accepting his second wife??

I am sure she has forged that signature here. I am sure they aren't divorced. This is just the reverse of the MMS track

and about divorce, i think abhi only signed on those paper, not pragya...

for divorce both husband and wife signatures r needed, so there is a chance if she says they r not divroced properly she has not signed on this paper and she wants alimony...

becz before leaving she said" these papers wii free u from this marriage and in this it is written that i don't anything from u and ur house"...
