Pragya stepped out of the bus in her tight blue geans , White fitted tank top and a blue scarf around her neck with a smile with her suitcase and her hand bag.Then she took her mobile from her geans pocket and called sidarath.
''Hello buddy''said sidarath from the other end with a smile once he attend the call.
''Hey sid.I reached dehradun message me the orphanage address so that i can get a cab ''said Pragya.
''There is no need for calling any cab buddy,my friend Akash will reach there in few minutes and he will pick you.so if you want to have a tea in the meantime there will be tea stall there''said sidarath and pragya smiled.
''Ok boss i will be in the tea stall.But how can i know who is Akash?''asked pragya as she started to walk towards the tea stall.
''Well i will inform him you are in the tea stall.He already saw your photo in your bio data,so he will recognise you''said sidarath.
''Ok then.I will call you once i reach the orphange buddy''said pragya as she sat on the bench on the stall.
''Ok.Bye buddy''said siadarth.
''Bye''said Pragya and disconnected the call.Then he looked at the tea master who was counting the money.
''Bhai one tea please''said pragya giving him a smile.
''Sure beta.''said the tea master and he started to prepare the tea.After few minutes a boy came and gave her the tea.
''Didi your chai''said the boy.
''Thank you''said pragya with a smile and the boy left with a smile.As pragya took a sip from the tea she closed her eyes in pleasure from the taste and warmth of the tea.Then after few seconds she saw a metallic sliver Audi stopping before the stall and a guy in his early 20s in a light blue geans and white with black checked shirt getting out of the car and coming towards the stall.Once he reached the stall he searched saw her sitting on the bench and gave her smile.
''Hey I am Akash and you must be Miss Pragya Arora''said Akash with a smile and pragya stood up with a smile.
''Yea its me.Nice meeting you Akash''said pragya and forwarded her hand for a shake which Akash shook with a smile.
''Its nice meeting you too.Sorry for making you wait here.My meeting got delayed''said Akash with an apologic expression.
''Its ok Akash.I enjoyed this tea in that time.''said pragya and Akash gave her a nod.
''So if you finished enjoying can we go to the orphange?''asked Akash .
''Sure.''said Pragya and she gave the boy 50 rupees and left with Aaksh without getting the change.Once Akash kept her suitcases in the back pragya sat on the passenger seat and Akash started the car and drove towards the orphanage.After few seconds pragya took her mobile to call purab and Ragav and dialed the landline number knowing they will be home now.
''Hello Mr.Ragav Arora speaking''said Ragav in his professional tone.
''Papa i reached dehradun''said Pragya with a smile.
''Pragya beta we were waiting for your call.so how was the journey?Have you reached safely?''asked Ragav and pragya smiled at his concern.
''I am reached safely papa and the journey is good.so stop worrying.''said pragya.
''Okay beta.you go and have rest for today and you can start your work from tomorrow .I have already prepared our guest house there for you stay you can find the keys under the door mat ''said Ragav.
''Sure papa.Where is purab?''asked pragya .
''He went to meet Aaliya for some doubts regarding the project you just send him a text as his phone will be in silent now''said Ragav .
''Okay papa.I will text him.You take care of yourself i will call you tonight again''said pragya .
''Okay beta.you too take care of yourself ''said Ragav.
''Sure papa.Bye''said Pragya.
''Bye beta''said Ragav and disconnected the call.Then she texted purab that she reached safely and locked the mobile.
''So Akash tell me about this orphanage.''asked Pragya looking Akash who was driving the car.
''Well this orphange was started by my brother 7 years back and our daadi is taking care of it.Before 5 years sidarath too joined this as a partner and we both became good friends.Now this orphage contained 800+ children and 80 maids to take care of them and you will be the manager for the next couple of months as our previous manager left the job coz of some personal reason.I assure you you will like this job and place Miss.Arora''said Akash and pragya nodded.
''Akash please call me pragya.Miss.Arora makes me feel like an aunty''said pragya and Akash smiled at her statement.
''But how can i call you by your name when i call sidarth as bhai.so i will call you di if its ok with you?''asked Akash .
''Ofcourse you can meri bhai''said pragya with a smile.
''Thanks di''said Akash as he pulled into the car inside the orphanage and pragya was really impressed by the building.Once Akash parked the car Pragya got out of the car taking her mobile and handbag closing the door.
''Wow Akash its really a nice building ''said Pragya with a smile.
''Yea its my bhai's selection.Lets go inside''said Akash and pragya gave a nod and followed Akash inside.As they entered the orphange Pragya saw children playing with each other and some maids keeping a watch on them.After few minutes they entered the office room and saw a elder lady sitting on the chair busy with the tablet she was holding
''Daadi''said Aaksh and daadi looked up from the tablet and smiled at Akash.Then she looked at pragya and stood up with a smile.Pragya then went near daadi and bend down to take her blessing suprizing both Akash and daadi.
''Kuch raho beta''said Daadi and pragya stood up again.
''So you must be sidarath beta's best friend pragya and our new manager''asked daadi and pragya nodded .
''GI Mrs.Mehra''said pragya politely.
''Oh beta call me Daadi like my Akash and Abhi does.Mrs.Mehra makes me feel too old''said Daadi teasingly and pragya laughed.
''Ok daadi.I will not make you feel too old anymore''said Pragya and Daadi smiled.

''So beta how was your journey?''asked Daadi as they sat on the couch in the office with pragya as Akash left for a while coz of an important video call.
''It was fine daadi.so can i join here from today?''asked pragya.
''No beta you can join from tomorrow.Today you go and have rest,there is our guest house you can stay there''said daadi.
''Thanks for your offer daadi,but my papa own a guest house here and he already made arrangement for my stay there.''said Pragya with a smile.
''Okay then beta.you can come tomorrow morning by 9 here then we can talk about your work and its related things.Here is mine and Akash personal number,call us any time you want''said daadi giving her a card with their personal number.
''Thanks daadi.''said pragya and kept the card in her purse.
''Daadi if you don't mind can i meet some of the children till Akash comes?''asked pragya.
''Arrey ofcourse beta.Come i will take you to the garden''said Daadi and they both left for the garden.
As they entered the garden pragya looked around and saw many small boys and girls in different ages playing around.After few moments she saw a small boy sitting alone on a bench quietly with a sad face and she turned towards daadi.
''Daadi who is that boy and why is he alone?''asked pragya pointing the boy and daadi's face became sad seeing the boy.
''He name is varun beta.He came here last week as he lost his mother and father in a fire accident.He didn't even talk to anyone from the moment he arrived here''said daadi and pragya nodded.
''I will try to talk with him''said pragya and walked towards the boy.

''Can i sit here?''asked pragya to varun once she reached the bench and varun looked up at her but didn't say anything .
''Ok i will take your silence as yes''sid pragya and sat beside varun.
''So what your name?''asked pragya but varun continued to look at his shoes.
''see i have a name its pragya so you must have a name too right.so tell me what's your name''said pragya with a smile but still varun didn't even look at him.Just then pragya saw a ''The Green Arrow''comic book beside him and smiled knowing how to make him respond.
''Hey do you like the superhero Arrow.I like him too you know.But i didn't remember his name .I mean his real name .I think its olli..olive''said pragya pretending to think.
''Oliver queen.His name is oliver queen''said varun and pragya smiled to herself in victory
''Haan oliver queen.see even i know your favorite super hero name,but i didn't know yours.so can you tell me your name?''asked pragya
''I am varun''said varun and pragya gave him her bubbly smile .
''I am pragya''said pragya and varun nodded.
''So varun.What are you doing here alone instead of playing with your friends?''asked pragya in a soft voice.
''I don't have any frineds here.My best friends are near my house and when papa and mama dies ,they took me hear without my friends''said varun with sadness.
''But you can make these children your new frineds na?''asked pragya.
''No i don't want any new friends''said varun stubbornly.
''Okay tell me something.Will you papa and mama be happy seeing you sad like this?''asked pragya and varun nodded his head negatively.
''Then don't be sad like this.I know you miss you papa and mama even i miss my mama and papa,but i know if i always sad they will be sad too.so i am started to enjoy and smile again as they like so will be happy and smile again''asked pragya and Varun looked pragya with moist eyes.
''But i miss my mama and papa a lot ''said varun as tears started fall from his eyes.Seeing this small boy like this broke pragya's heart as she felt like seeing purab again on the day their parents died.Pragya got closer to varun and wiped his tears cupping his face.
''Arrey why are you missing your mama papa,varun there are always with you''said pragya.
''No other said they are with the god now and they will never come back''said varun.
''Ok where is god?'asked pragya and varun thought for a few seconds before answering.
''God is everywhere''said varun and pragya nodded.
''Right. Then your mama and papa is also everwhere right?Its just that you can see them now,but they can see you so they will be upset when they see you like this na?'''asked pragya and varun nodded.
''So from now what will you do to not make them upset?''asked pragya and varun gave her a little.
''I will smile and happy like before''said Varun and pragya nodded with a bright smile .
''That's right .Now go and play with others.''said pragya with a smile.
''Okay i will.But before that will you my first friend here?''asked varun.
''Sure varun.so friend''said pragya and forwarded her hand and varun shook her hand with a smile.
''Friends''said Varun .
''Okay my friend now go and play with others.I will see you tomorrow''said pragya and varun jumped down the bench with a nod.But then againg he turned towards pragya and hugged her wraping his small hands around her waist and pragya too hugged him back.
''Thanks friend''said varun looking her with innocent smile.
''Its okay.Now go and have fun''said pragya and placed a kiss on his forehead and varun away to join others with a smile.Pragya too smiled seeing this and took her bag standing up from the bench and left to the office again.
Daadi who saw all this with Akash a smile seeing the loving and care pragya show for an unknow child.Daadi always wanted this type of girl as her bahu and life partners for her grandsons but she never thought a girl like Tanu will enter their life and will destroy her Abhi's happiness completely.she just prayed to bring a girl like pragya in her Abhi's life and make his smile like before with happiness.Just then she saw pragya nearing them and she wiped a lone tear escaped her eyes.
''Akash we can leave if you are ready''said pragya with a smile.
''Sure di.I will go and start the car''said Akash and left so that the ladies could talk alone.
''Beta thanks a lot for helping varun.This is the first time that poor boy smiled since he came here''said daadi.
''Arrey daadi its okay.I near like seeing anyone unhappy so its not a big deal''said pragya.
''Okay beta now you go.Will see you tomorrow''said daadi.
''Okay daadi.I will come tomorrow.Bye''said pragya .
''Bye beta''said daadi and pragya left to her guest house to get some rest.

Abhi entered the Mehra mansion in the evening with a sleeping Aarav in his arms.After a long time he had real fun with his son as he had many concerts and albums for the last few months and he didn't even get a whole day to spend with his son.Abhi sometimes really hated his work for keeping him away from his son ,but music was his first lover and he can never leave it.He opened Aarav's door and entered the room closing the door behind him and walked towards his son's bed.Then he softly placed him on the bed and covered him with a blanket placing a kiss on his forehead and left the room to talk with his daadi.
Abhi after changing his clothes entered daadi's room only to find her talking lost in a book.He then walked towards her bed and sat there keeping his head on her lap.Daadi smiled seeing her gradson and ran her fingers through his hair.
''Did you and Aarav enjoyed today Abhi?''asked daadi with a smile.
''Yes daadi we enjoyed a lot.After a long time i spend some quality time with my son''said Abhi with a small smile.
''I am glad you both had some quality time beta.''said daadi.
''So daadi how was the orphanage work going?Did you meet the new manager sidarath said and is she/he okay for this job?''asked Abhi and hearing this daadi remebered pragya and a smile formed on her lips.
''Haan beta.I met the girl and she is fit for this job beta.''said daadi and Abhi nodded as he didn't want to anymore about this girl coz he know his daadi's judgement will be right.
''Daadi i got a appointment with a doctor for the new boy varun.I am getting worried as he didn't even utter a word till he reached our orphanage''said Abhi with concern for ths small boy.
''Abhi there is no need for that.He finally spoke today and even he smiled a lot''said daadi remembering how varun interacted with everyone after his talk with pragya.
''Really have you took him to a doctor today?''asked Abhi but daadi nodded negatively.
''Then how?''asked Abhi with confusion.
''It all happened coz of pragya the new manager''said daadi and explained how she help varun and everything.After hearing this Abhi was too impressed,by he thought she is doing coz they are paying for her work so he didn't think like its a big deal.
''Its good to know she id doing her job correctly.Okay you take your tablets and have your dinner.Aarav and I ate on our way and make sure Akash too eats his dinner.I really wanted to sleep soon daadi tomorrow morning i have an important meeting''said Abhi and daadi nodded .
''You go and sleep well Abhi.I will take care of everything tonight''said daadi with a smile and placed a kiss on his forehead.
''Goodnight daadi''said Abhi giving her a hug and stood up from the bed.
''Good night beta''said daadi and Abhi left to his room to sleep.

The next morning pragya was jogging on the empty road of dehradun as per her routine listening to her favorite songs in her headset though she can't see anything properly coz of the thick fog.After few seconds she jogged through a turn out of sudden a car came infront of her and hitted her but not forcly and she landed on her knees as she lost the balance.Then she heard the car door opening and closing and after fe seconds a guy stood infront of her and gave his hand to stand up.Pragya placed her hand on his and stood up with his help.
''Are you alright?''asked the guy and pragya nodded.
''Yea.Thanks a lot for stopping on time''said pragya.
''ofcourse i should.Otherwise i have to go through a lot of trouble beacuse of the careless and stupid girls roaming around''said the guy in irritation.Hearing this pragya started to get angry.
''Excuse me mister.I said sorry coz i know its my fault that i was not more careful when i was jogging in the mist okay.so don't show me this attitude.And how can you even decided something about me when you didn't even know me?''asked pragya with a glare.
''All the girls are same so i don't need to know you .Now move out of my way and stop wasting my time.''said the guy rudely and before pragya could replay he walked back and got inside the car and drove the car leaving a fuming pragya behind.
''How rude.''said pragya and continued to jog hoping she will never meet a self centred guy like him.
''How irritating''said Abhi who drove the car hoping he would never meet this careless and irritating girl again.

Pragya entered the orphanage the next morning 20 minutes before 9 AM and walked to the office.But as she entered the office she found it empty and she left the room in search of daadi keeping her bag on the couch and talking her mobile in her hand.After few minutes of searching she thought of calling daadi but her eyes widenen when she saw the water tank on the top of the building was about to fall and a boy nearly about five standing under it.Pragya ran towards the boy without wasting anytime and she took the boy in her arms once she reached him and both of them fell on the ground and the next moment she heard a loud bang and she got wet from head to toe as the water splashed on her.But pragya didn't even cared about it as she was glad that she saved the boy on time.Then she looked at the boy in her arms who was looking her with tears and fear in his eyes.Pragya sat on the ground properly and made the boy sit on her lap and cupped his face who was now shivering in fear.
''Hey don't worry you are safe now ok''said pragya and the boy slowly nodded and pragya pulled him closer to her chest as the boy sobbed a little.But after few seconds she felt him going limb in her arms and pragya pulled him out of her chest and tapped his face.
''Beta openyour eyes.''said pragya but the boy didn't even stir a little.Just then she saw staffs of the orphanage rushing towards them hearing the noise and pragya stood up with the boy in her arms and looked at mobile to call for help only to find it lying on the water with cracked screen.
''Anyone please call Akash and ask him to come here ASAP''said pragya as she continued to rub the boy's back.One of the office nodded and informed Akash will be hear in few moments as he just left the orphanage.Pragya immediately rushed to the enterence of the orphanage and once she reached they she saw Akash geeting out of the car and saw his eyes widening after seeing the boy in his arms.
''AARAV''shouted Akash as he tried to wake Aarav and pragya looked Akash.
''Akash we must take him to the hospital now.''said pragya and Akash nodded and pragya sat on the back seat of the car keeping Aarav's head on her lap while Akash started the car.Pragya then started to rub Aarav's foot and hand while Akash prayed to keep Aarav fine as he know Abhi will kill himslef if something happens to his son.After 15 minutes they reached the hospital and pragya got out of the car with Aarav in her arms.
''Akash you park the car i will make sure he is okay till you come''said pragya and Akash nodded.Akash didn't know why he was trusting a girl who he met not even a day before with Aarav but for some unkown reason he felt like he could trust her and went to park the car while pragya rushed inside the hospital.
After 5 minutes Akash came running to the emergency ward and saw pragya standing near the closed door and rushed towards her.
''Di how is he?''asked Akash with concern and panic.
''Doctors are still treating him Akash,but i am sure he will be fine as i know he fained from shock''said pragya with a assuring smile and Akash nodded .Just then he noticed pragya got hurt on her right hand and was bleeding and even there was a small cut on her forehead.
''Di you are hurt.Lets see a nurse and treat your wounds''said Akash and that when pragya noticed she was even hurt.
''Akash its okay.It can wait.First i have to know Aarav is alright''said pragya.
''No di.You have to treat your wounds and its the least i can do for saving my brother's son''said Akash and pragya looked him in shock.
''What ?you both are related?''asked pragya in shock .
''Haan di.Aarav is my brother's son and if something happened to him my brother would have killed himself.So today you saved two life whom i love more than anyone.so please dress your wounds''said Akash and pragya nodded.Akash gave her a smile and called a nurse to dress her wounds.

Its been 20 minutes Pragya and Akash are waiting outside the emergence ward,but there was no news about Aarav.Just then both of them heard a familiar voice and they turned to look Abhi who was standing there with concern,fear,anger.
''Where is Aarav?''asked Abhi with concern,fear and anger.
''TUM''said Abhigya at the same time and Akash looked them in confusion.
''Akash what is SHE doing here?''asked Abhi looking Akash.
''Woh bhai she is our new manager and she sa...''started Akash but Abhi started to speak again without letting him finish his sentence.
''I know all the girls are the same.How could you be so careless and let a water tank fall?.Ireally don't know how daadi thought you are fit for this job.I am sure you would have acted to make this job permanent and fooled her.But listen to me carefully i will not fall for your acts as i ma not a fool like daadi.Just keep this in mind if something happens to my son today i will not leave you''said Abhi clutching her hand tightly and pragya closed her eyes in pain as Abhi accidently held his wound.Akash who saw this immediately pulled Abhi from pragya and looked at him with a glare.
''Bhai will you let me finish the sentence.she is the one saved Aarav from getting crushed under the water tank today so please stop hurting her while you must thank her''said Akash and Abhi looked in shock.But before he could replay the doctor came out and Abhi rushed towards him.
''Doctor how is my son?''asked Abhi and the doctor smiled.
''Don't worry Mr.Mehra your son is fine he fainted as his blood pressure got too high from free.But nothing to worry as he will be fine with a couple of days rest.He will gain conscious in few minutes and you can meet him''said the doctor and Abhi thanked all his stars for keeping his son safe.
''Thanks a lot doctor''said Abhi with gratitude.
''No Mr.Mehra i am not the one should be thanked as i only did my job.If you really want to thank someone then it must be the young lady who saved your son without even thinking about the risk for her own life''said the doctor looking towards pragya.Abhi nodded and the doctor left leaving the three alone.But before anyone could talk purab's phone rang and he attend the call seeing it was sidarath who was calling him.
''Hey sid bhai...''started Akash but sidarath cuf him before he could say what he was going to.
''Is pragya with you?''asked sidarath with concern.
''Haan she is with me''said Akash.
''Give the phone to her now''said sidarath.
''Di sid bhai's call for you''said Akash and pragya took the mobile .
''Haan sid''said pragya and the next moment as she expected sidarath started to shout at her.
''Pragya why the hell your mobile was switched off.I was calling you for the last 30 minutes''shouted sidarath with concern for his best friends.
''Sid my mobile broke and soaked in water and i am fine.so please stop worring''said pragya in a calm voice.
''But how your mobile broke?''asked sidarath reducing his voice.
''Sid i will tell you everything later.Now i really have some important work,but i promise you i will call you ASAP my work is done''said pragya.
''Okay but call me within a hour ''demanded sidarath.
''Okay meri buddy i will now please calm down''said pragya with a smile.
''Okay.Call me soon.Bye''said sidarath and pragya could feel the smile in his voice.
''I will bye buddy''said pragya and disconnected the call and gave the mobile back to Akash.
''Akash if you don't mind can i go home and change my clothes and come to orphanage''asked pragya .
''Di please take care of wounds and make sure you have some rest.You can join your tomorrow i will inform daadi''said Akash and pragya nodded.
''Okay Aaksh.I will see you tomorrow''said pragya with a smile.
''Di i will drop you''said Akash but pragya nodded negatively.
''No Akash i am sure you are needed here more that i do now.so i will take a cab you just make call me once Aarav gets conscious and infrom me how he is''asked pragya and Akash nodded.
''Sure di''said Akash and pragya left from there without even looking Abhi once.
''Akash what happened?''asked Abhi knowing he did a mistake by jumping into conclusion without knowing the situation properly.Then Akash explained everything and Abhi closed his eyes with regret for hurting the person who saved him son and decided to apologize to pragya as soon as possible.
