I got the same message but only for one video. I live in the US and I was able to open all of the videos in the Bulbul-Purab playlist except the head massage one.

Only dis video not working ... i checked all others are working...

i will resolve it soon...something is wrong with youtube...coz it took 40mins to upload the 2 min scene -___- aand now this
