ya i woz finkin da sme cuz rannu wnt missing n so he didnt hve da chance 2 tell aditya so hw did he find out 😕

It was at the hospital, where Ranbir told Aditya, and when they were looking for Ranbir, Aditya and some young man saw Kanya that she turned into Natasha!

Ranbir does tells Aditya everything, so I don't doubt that Aditya found out. It just probably happened offscreen. It has happened before. Ranbir probably told Aditya by calling him up through his cellphone or maybe at the hospital because Aditya did say that Ranbir disappeared twice at the hospital when he went to the godboles to tell them.
