Ok, as we all know, Kanya turns into Natasha by see fire.

When Ranbir was proposing to her, he did not lit just one candle, but several.
This sudden rush of so many candles, triggered the Natasha in Kanya to come alive. *U all know this*😊

But, as soon as Ranbir opened the window and all the candles went out.

The sudden change, made Kanya faint, and maybe that's why she may not turn into Kanya or Natasha because of the intense change of the many candles being lit, and them going out so fast.

Kanya and Natasha might be stuck. This makes sense in the medical standpoint because of that sudden change. And Kanya's so called mental Pyrophobia- fear of fires.
