Love is in the air this November. Sony Entertainment Television and Balaji Telefilms join in the celebration of love with their new big ticket show Kuchh is tara beginning this November 26 Monday to Thursday at 9:00 pm. Breaking away from all norms this newage love story takes its viewers through the journey of a teenage middle class girl who awaits her prince charming. It's every girl's dream…an accidental meeting with destiny (her Prince Charming), love at first sight, blossoming romance…but what happens when the love story is spiked by the 'hate guru'…(a cynic who reacts instantly at the very mention of love, romance & marriage).

Life for Kanya has never been so good…

Protagonist Kanya (played by Dimple Jhangiani) hails from a simple middle class family and lives with her doting father, two sisters and a brother. She is the typical girl-next-door who harbours dreams of seeing her prince charming riding on a horse and sweeping her off her feet into a world of dreams, where true love prevails…

As Kanya's story unfolds, she meets her prince charming at most unexpected time… Aayan is the perfect prince charming - young, dashing and rich… With each passing day the love between them grows and finally reaches its peak only for the 'hate guru' – Ranbir (Aayan's uncle—played by Akashdeep Saighal) who enters their lives and shoots down cupid's arrow to create a rift between them…

From hereon begins the journey of Kanya who is in love. Between the two men and a series of extra ordinary events, Kanya's life and love unfolds. This misty November Sony Entertainment Television brings back romance that most women long for. Join Kanya and take off on her flight to fantasy where love, romance, dreams never end… Kuchh is tara.

uhh ohh ekta's shows r always weirdo... 😆
they have nothing new always...and now this time it seems like same again..

and what happened to akashdeep saigal?? 😕 this type of look doesn't suit him at all...he is looking an 55 old man.

he is in a postive character 😕 ya he was posistive in kusum and saas bahu but what happend??

he will be turning negative too. after 50 episodes.and thats a bet 😆

A section of Palm Beach Mall at Vashi is being a snazzy new look. It's being converted into Heathrow Airport. Ekta Kapoor has decided to shoot scenes for Kuchh Is Tarah there

The unit of Kuchh Is Tarah

Ekta Kapoor is getting innovative. She has now decided to modify a section of Palm Beach mall in Vashi to shoot her serial, Kuchh Is Tarah. A lot of money is being spent to make the mall look like the international airport. Sources reveal that close to Rs 5 lakh have been set aside for the airport scene. To make it look real, 30 foreigners have also been roped in for shooting the scenes. The basic formalities are being completed.

Prashant Bhatt, creative head of Kuchh Is Tarah, says, "We will recreate Heathrow airport. There'll be 90 people in

all used for the scenes. There will be classy ticket counters, waiting lounges, placards, advertising billboards, cabin crew, passengers, baggage counter, you name it and we will have it. This mall has huge glass partitions, classy tiles, escalators, etc."

Talking about the scene that will be shot there, Prashant says, "The scene shows the negative lead Shanaya getting stuck at the airport. As a result, she cannot make it to India."

Lot of hard work has gone into the idea of converting a mall to an airport for the show. "We saw 15 malls across Mumbai. We zeroed in on Palm Beach mall because it had the kind of basic look that we wanted," says Prashant.

The airport scenes will be canned during night time. "We have to shoot all night long as the mall authorities don't want to lose their business by letting us shoot during the day," he adds.

The shooting will take place on Saturday.
