My name is Sagarika. God knows what that means. My school name is something else, uska meaning mujhe pata hain.

Frankly, my opinion was never asked about my name...😭😭 I was too small then.

ermm.. about my name...
--Lopamudra was a philosopher and she was sage Agastya's wife.

--where as the shortname Mudra is seal, mark or gesture.

--mudras in Bharatnatyam, involve entire body and performed in conjunction with various religious gestures.

--Mudras are there in asanas of yoga as well...

--there is a book and play called 'Mudra rakshasam' in sanskrit written by Visakhadatta. This narrates the ascent of Chandragupta Maurya in India.

Now about me

My Granny was Lopamudra. Hence I am Mudra.. other than that I am none of the above.

But yes, commonly mudra rakshasam has a meaning for printing mistakes.. and my sister likes to call me with that... 😡😆

and Aazeen, you must name your publishing house after my name...😳😆

I think everyone knows what Aarti means... anyways, AArti is the final prayer that ends any Puja. It also describes the action that accompanies the prayer where one lights fire using Kapoor and shows it to God while reciting the Aarti. 😃
