Indu, this was a real tear jerker - an extremely emotion packed update. Dr. Nagpal at long last acknowledging the near miracle with Dr. Dubey's recovery and richly rewarding Nidhi for all the hard work that she had put in. Nidhi welcoming Dr. Dubey's sister but feeling lonely and lost all of a sudden and taking refuge in Ashu's cabin remembering all the good times - felt so sad for her. Dr. Dubey bestowing on her endless praise took me back to that episode during the tumour track when he had done the same - it made me all emotional once again. Yes she has heeded to the call of duty regardless of the times spent away from her young boy.
But the best part of this update was Nishu and his innocent pranks and catching Nidhi unawares. Loved him saying to his papa to be smart ! Arman going overboard with his gifts to Nishu to celebrate his big day. Ashni convo very romantic - they are missing each other terribly and just waiting to be together again - these 6 weeks must have been like 6 months for them. So everything is set for Nishu's birthday but he will sorely miss his dear father. Felt sorry for Meera - I am sure she will understand when Ashu explains to her about the love in his life.
Now waiting for our birthday kid to cut his cake in the presence of all his loved ones and Ashu watching the fun through skype.
