Hina, yesterday when I saw this post, the puzzle pic. was not there. From this pic. it seems, the answer is "none of the above" This pic seems to be taken from AshNi separation and preg. Mallika track. When Anji comes to hospital to talk to Ranganath to do something to keep AshNi together and RanJi hug in Dr. Rangnath's cabin. Then a nurse suddenly comes and they spring apart with Ranga pretending to be checking Anji for any illness 🤣 After a while the nurse goes and again comes back and RanJi gets caught romancing once again... 🤣🤣 This pic. could be from this scene. Epi. no or date etc. I never remember, so sorry but dont know the exact answer. Remember all scenes from episodes that I have watched but havent watched all epi. before AshNi wedding, and mallu-khushi tracks.

Ok, Poonam, I updated the puzzle with a few more pieces, see if that helps 😉 Btw, I did put in the puzzle image, but sometimes it just doesn't show - refreshing helps.
