From proper capture: This scene comes towards end of episode - in last 2-3 minutes. When Nidhi tells Ashu to pinch her as she cant believe its a dream or reality (She has completed internship with highest score s & has been offered sr. doctor position in KGH), she gives this expression. Then comes my favorite dialogue "Aakhir aapne mujhe Dr. bana hi diya!!"

It's just normal type of happiness sometimes where we can't believe something great has happened to us, and we seem to be in dreamland 😃 Everything about KTLK, AshNi, RanJi and rest of the cast & direction, dialogues, music, musical scenes - it's just so unforgettable and magical for us all!! ⭐️
