please change YOUTUME to YOUTUBE

Also make sure it has http:// not https:// & also make sure it is the full URL of YT link www.youtube.com/xxx/xxx NOT http://youtu.be. This one will show your YT video in the post and folks can see from the post itself.

You can use http://youtu.be but then use it this way

[URX]http://youtu.be/xxx[/URX]

change URX to URL. This way the link will open to YT and folks will be able to view & post comments.
