I started watching it by chance, caught it when I was travelling on work and swapping channels and found it so refreshing, that needles to say, I was hooked😃

started watching because I had seen some epi of Dhoop Kinare and fell in love with dr. Nidhi initially,later ofcourse my all love got transferred to Dr. ashutosh and it took unbelievable proportion after dubki in Gomti maiya

Voted for other...

Well frankly I liked the promos of KTLK and then fell in love with MB's expressions and Nidhi's character...and rest it history... I couldnt resist even the re-runs... use to watch it again and again and when SK entered... I was blown away ... He was so good as Ashu that I actually wished he was there from starting...And moreover age gap love story always interests me...😊
