I know, we are all in Ashni land sharing their heady sense of being together and super glad that Daksh has failed so far... yet before the actual celebration, these things touched me simply because they were such thoughtful gesture/ words...
1. Ashu going to Ranga for help in selecting a ring. š¤
How their relationship has changed in the last few months. Ranga was always Ashu's trusted man in the hospital but now there is a brotherly affection between them... Ashu's support of Ranga when Anji had MC and now when he was arrested are clear indications that Ashu has accepted this couple as family. And he is not shy of revealing his plans, his love for Nidhi in front of them.
2. Ashu saying that he wanted to make this a special day for Nidhi coz she has gone through a lot.
Again, such sweet words, shows how much his love for Nidhi has increased in these last few months. This is the same guy who had no clue what VDay was all about till last year. Now he wants to surprise her and create some beautiful memories with her. He knows that she loves him immensely but no he wants to do things that will make her happy and bring a smile on her face. Its amazing that he understands that she has been though so much and wants to do something in return for all that she has done for him.
3. Nidhi's plans with Anji... then her cool reception to DAksh. šš¼
Its not surprising that NIdhi wanted to make this day special and get Ashu a gift, she has done it many times. But what touched me is that she was very cool to Daksh. I think he expected her to jump at the chance of helping him find a gift, but she instead told him she had plans with Anji and he can join. I loved this casula attitude of Nidhi... shows she has her heart, eyes and ears only for Ashu.
4. Ashu planning everything to the last minute detail. š
Well, we all know he is meticulous in what he does, but today he had anticipated Nidhi's wishes perfectly and even arranged them. I loved it when Nidhi got worried for her plan but asked him to go back because of BB. But what impressed me more is Ashu telling her that he had DB look after BB today... that's planning ahead folks!
