Ashni ka gussa kaise kam ho ?

So after reading one of the comments in my previous post ...this question came to my mind ...ashni ka gussa kaise kam ho ??? as whenever they both start discussing anythn their gussa takes over their discussion ...we know about ashu's temper but these days nidhi also gets easily angry after seeing ashu angry ..n then ashu gets double angry ...n result = 0 communication .

so forumwasi plz help karein ashni ki ..kaise ye apna guaa kam karein ...
here's my list :-

1. Join yoga classes .
2. Listen good music .
3. Read romantic books or books on relationship n understanding .
4. Join social networking sites to chill n divert mind .
5. Play some games .
6. Enjoy their hobbies .
7. watch tv .
8. go disc or parties .

please add some more ppl ...as i dont think these suggestions can do much help 😕

meditation and yoga will surely help:)
May be spend time in children ward... Kya pata thoda gussa thanda ho jaye...

Read romantic books or books on relationship n understanding .

Carbohydrates help you decrease tension and pain. They make you fell more relaxed.

Whole grains and fruits are source of Carbohydrates. 😆

Both should take anger management class😆 it really helps, seriously😊
Another option is when fight starts one should leave the place for a while...cool down then comes back...

Take yogurt daily, ea pet vi thanda rakta hai demag vi😆
