Even by TV standards, KTLK has not been particularly bold when it comes to matters of intimacy...much of it has been restricted to innuendo, which of course is quite effective in its own way...

So what do you think...can the show afford to go a little more bold to befit its late night status...of course nothing beyond what is currently considered acceptable!

Absolutely, late night showing ka kuch toh faidah hona chahye! And in any case as the relationship matures so should the intimacy.

a BIG YES from my side...though Ashni mere screen presence is mesmerizing yet intimacy quotient should be raised a bit...it should still be decent but very romantic😳...our actors(SK n KK) have great potentials to turn simple scenes into extraordinary moments...we just love them for that😳😳😳

I have never seen either Sharad or Krithika before in a show...but the litlle bits I have seen on YT indicate that both have done relatively bold scenes before...so, there should be no actor issues if the intimacy quotient is to be upped!

Yup...agree with u...they have done somewhat bolder scenes before n now its high time for ktlk to show good intimate scenes between the two...after all they are a married couple n are madly in love with eachother n would be reuniting after a long separation...they have such a great chemistry that they can set screens on fire...would be great for TRPs too

Many shows are going in to show intimate scenes, An intimate scene can be beautifully shown with they express through the eyes & facial & just soft hand gestures...
Such scenes enhance the whole scenario & how bold it looks is left to the individual.

Mature couple who would show such scenes on television will enact that way and the audience who understands the depth of such scenes will scale it to their understanding..
This is my POV.

and finally the thumb rule for TRP the way the scenes are molded are left to the PH & channel to go ahead.

You are right, Shanti...intimacy does not have to be vulgar or cheap..much of it can be implied...in fact the verbal innuendoes on the show have been very effective that way...I don't think anybody would want to watch or appreciate over the top scenes...strategically placed camera angles and shots can go a long way in suggesting intimacy...I think this show needs to move in that direction at the very least...!

If actors do not have any reservations and if the script demands then to what level an intimate scene iis show is also left to the the Channel to call it the shot...

And if anyone has reservations in watching these shots they are free to complain to the I & B Ministry..regarding this..as now a days they have a ticker running across the screen if any thing seems offensive or not appealing to ones eyes.

Many a times they use to TRP formula to show intimate scenes if a show is needed to gather momentum and attraction so the quotient varies from time to time..

The final call is left to the workmanship of the camera men & editing people as to how they articulate an intimate scene to make it look real or artificial or the intimacy with which one feels that this is indeed what I was looking to watch
