Sharad Kelkar was just mindblowing today...
While the situations are comparable in terms of Ashutosh not believing Nidhi on Mallika, I thought that Ashutosh presented credible medical proof in terms of a report by a third party...when she spoke of the decision having already been taken and then reports prepared to validate it, she was in essence questioning his professional integrity...she was talking of falsifying reports...as a jealous husband or wife, you can be accused of many things...but when you are accused of laying your professional integrity on line to validate your jealousy, then I think that becomes way too much to digest...I thought Ashutosh handled himself very well under the circumstances...he swallowed his bitterness and disappointment and said it was better their paths did not cross under the circumstances...made complete sense!
I don't get Nidhi's argument about Amar complimenting them...did the stitches not come undone before Amar got to know the truth about her marital status,...so how does a statement made later prove his innoncence or intentions...even after seeing for herself that Amar's intentions towards her were not exactly patient like, she still refuses to even give the reports the benefit of the doubt...
I am sorry but if this track is about showing Ashutosh how much Nidhi suffered at Mallika's hands., then that is not what is coming across...all I can see is a woman who is so caught up in her angst and ego that she refuses to see the truth in front of her face...who is so confused about the distinction between professional and personal, that she makes a mess of both...if this is empowerment, then let me pass!
Krithika performed very well too...on the whole, again a fast paced epi that did not levae mucfh room for thinking...
Dheeraj may not be a half bad actor but there is hardly any basis to his angst...so sorry...not able to feel a thing for him!
