Reading that BB will try to patch AshMal it is without a doubt that BB's character has failed all relationships ...
Lets look at the areas...
1. He failed Nandini as a parent -
When his daughter choose not to share her love with him. She got married without informing him.
When he refused to visit her even when she died.
2. He failed Ashu as a guardian
When he left without informing Ashu. Even if he intended to leave, he could have been more sensitive to Ashu and explained why he was leaving the house to Nidhi and got AshMal married before he left so he is assured that Ashu is taken care of
3. He failed Nidhi as a grandfather
When he did not for 18 years bother visiting or connecting with his granddaughter.
When he did not believe her and the first thing he asked her was for proof. He did not go looking for her at night when she left the house.
When he did not go out of his way to protect Nidhi
4. He failed Nidhi as a father-in-law
When he continued to discuss how he wanted Mall to be his bahu at the drop of a hat.
5. He failed Yograj as a father-in-law
When he did not bother to visit Yog when his daughter died.
When he did not for 18 years try to meet Yog and Nidhi.
6. He failed Nidhi as a doctor/patient
When he forgot that this girl is a doctor and responsible for him getting better and accused her of overdose. Not once did he mention that he trusted Nidhi's skills as a doctor.
Unfortunately, BB is played by one of the greatest stalwart of the television industry.. It is impossible not to like any of Alokji's character that he has played so far.. and yet KP managed to achieve the impossible.
