Mallika is losing her battle against nidhi. Her attempt to throw nidhi out of the house failed. She has not choice and no option left besides getting Nidhi out of her way by killing her.

She did that once in past too... exchanging the injection to b given to a patient jus so trap Nidhi... so nothing unexpected.. 😛
