OS - You are suspended!

Headmaster Ashutosh was in a nasty mood. His wife had refused to give him what he badly wanted - his favourite chicken dish. She told him that she had run out of the money he had given her for household expenses. So, they couldn't afford chicken. She served him bitter gourd instead and this made him, well, bitter!

Mallika mam was in a nasty mood. She was hoping her husband would gift her a lovely Rolex watch for their anniversary. She had even dropped heavy hints indicating the same. But her husband had not picked up on them and, worse still, had forgotten all about the anniversary even. She was feeling, well, deprived!

Student Nidhi was in a great mood. Her parents had gifted her a beautiful Cartier watch for her birthday. She wore it on her wrist and proudly showed it off to all her friends. She loved her watch and felt, well, possessive about it.

Mallika Mam came to Nidhi's class. While she was teaching them trignometry, her eyes fell on Nidhi's watch. Her eyes gleamed with greed. She wanted a Rolex but Cartier was even better. This chit of a girl, her student, had it and she did not. Unable to control her jealousy, she grabbed Nidhi's arm and demanded she give her the watch.

Well, Nidhi was normally a generous person who liked to share her things with friends. But this watch was special, her parents had gifted it to her and she had fallen in love with it on sight. So, there was no question of giving in to Mallika Ma'am's demands. She pleaded with Mallika Ma'am saying she would get her another watch if she wanted. She just could not bear to be parted from this one. All the students, like BBs or big buddhus, just watched in silence unable to say a word or intervene.

Headmaster Ashutosh was walking down the corridor. Hearing the commotion, he rushed to the classroom. He was shocked to see a bacchi, a young student. fighting with her revered teacher. On seeing him, Mallika Mam told him that Nidhi was trying to arm twist her into giving her more marks in the test. .

Nidhi tried hard to plead her innocence. Headmaster Ashutosh was having none of it. Who would take a young kid's word against a respected teacher after all?! He asked Nidhi to shut up. And when the other students, depsite being BBs, tried to open their mouths, he swore them to silence.

Nidhi looked at him with pleading eyes and said , "So what is my punishment, Sir?"

Headmaster Ashutosh said, "Your crimes are unpardonable and you need to be taught a lesson..you are suspended for a week".

Mallika Mam was pleased. She wouldn't have to see the chit of a girl flashing her Cartier at least for a week.


Headmaster Ashutosh anyway did not get his chicken dish!
