Okay, am back like a bad penny...primarily because I went onto FB to see if the mahaan KPji had bothered to respond to my posts...dead silence 😆...anyway something else caught my attention...apparently KPji described this track as follows - Mallika is the blackboard against which the Ashutosh- Nidhi love will be tested...
.One of the viewers had posted saying that she sees only Nidhi's love being tested...forget Ashutosh's love being tested, she does not even see evidence of it...I replied saying that, as per BB, usool vaadis and shareef insaans like Ashu display their love in the form of emotional abuse of those they love...so, the truth is actually that the last few epis have been filled with Ashutosh's love for Nidhi...
Ab yeh kya hai bhaiyya...sadiyon se yehi hoti jaarahi hai...the woman is the one who has to pass the test of fire and prove herself...be it her love or her chastity...since Ashutosh is such an usoolvaadi, I thought why not come up with some ideas/ tests to put him through to see how strong his love is...
The letter test is anyway coming...am so waiting to see Ashu bhaiyya's face when he gets to know that his hottie wife had the choice of picking a smart young man of her own age and one who came without a baggage by the name of Mallika...a man whose love was strong enough to let him be part of her wedding ceremonies...a man who erred once in trying to conceal the ring but the sheer distress on Nidhi's face saw him return it to her...this leads me to wonder if this is what emboldens Mallika everytime...the fact that Ashutosh does not react/ appear hurt when she inflcits pain on Nidhi...anyway, through this all, the Rohan-Nidhi friendship has emerged stronger than the bara saal ki dosti...these two young people have been far more selfless and displayed far greater concern for each other's happiness than AshMa ever have...
Anyway, enough of the serious talk...here are my tests for Dr Ashutosh...please add more that you can think of...we can then forward it to KPji as a sign of how mature his audience now is...!
Of course for all these ideas, Rohan must come back...and in a seriously mentally/physically challenged state...maaf karna Rohan bhaiyya...but I know you won't mind this too much in the interests of Nidhi's happiness...
1. Nidhi will help Rohan shave, bathe and wear his clothes...all of this in the presence of usoolvaadi Ashutosh...
2. Nidhi wiill do the waltz with Rohan in the name of therapy...the master violinist will provide them live accompaniment..
3. Rohan will insist on cuddling up to Nidhi at night cause the boogieman will come and get him otherwise...daaktar saab will have to read bedtime stories to put them to sleep.
4. Rohan and nidhi will listen to rock, punk and all other modern forms of music and watch teen movies and chick flicks...they will discuss Madonna even while Ashutosh will wonder if they are talking of Leonardo da Vinci's painting...he will try to join the conversation and analyse the finer points of da Vinci''s style...and Rohan and Nidhi will double up with laughter...with sharafat, Ashutosh will go back to making popcorn for them...
5. When Rohan gets a little better, he will insist on making midnight noodles for Nidhi...when they run out of stock, the good doctor will run out in the wee hours and hunt for noodles...to cheer Rohan up, Nidhi will suggest a noodle making contest between Rohan and Ashutosh...Nidhi will cheer Rohan on while Mallika suggests that the contest should be over making baingan ka bartha!
