Why they did it?????

I was thinking why CV's showed months of rona dhona 😡 and completed this shadi within five days .with CB agreeing for there marriage all of a sudden.when he was so firm with his decision earlier.

Was it a planned strategy of the CV's? Or did they do it seeing the reactions of the viewers?
Or they were intentionaly playing with the minds of the viewers?

If they have planned to show there marriage and there post marriage scenes. Then why did they drag this rona dhona for so long?

Did they thought that it will be difficult for the audience to accept SK all of a sudden doing this marriage track.
They gave time to the viewers to adjust with the new dr. Ashutosh
and develop liking him.

Or they were actually not prepared with the script.
Or SK needed time to adjust with the role.
Whatever be the reason I think CV's have ultimately succeeded in there plans.

I know its time to enjoy there marriage and the coming episodes, but a thought came to my mind so I thought of sharing with you all.

By the way what you guys think what could be the reason?
