Dadi Bhua calls Dr. Mathur and tells him to send haldi ka paani for Dr.Nidhi.Dadi Bhua gets upset when Dr.Mathur tells her that its difficult for them.She declares that there would be no wedding if Haldi water is not sent.

Uffoo ye db. .. heard on one of the segments they will try hard to get in touch with armaan's mother but she is nt reachable. In the end she will be able yo mk it to ashu's haldi.

Honestly...is this even a reason to say such a thing and jinx the wedding? Through all this SAMAJ ranting of DB over the past month or so, couldn't stop remembering Sanjeev Kumars eternal dialogue to Iftikhar in SHOLAY when he takes Jaya Bacchans re-marriage proposal for AB and Iftikhar says samaj kya kahega? Biradari wale kya karenge? Salim Javed's script and dialogue at their zenith combined with Sanjeev Kumar's laconic style yields...samaj aur biradari aadmi ko akela rakhne ke liye nahin banaye gaye...and then some more dialgoues.

Really wish DB is told that sentence a million times...Rituals are good but not etched in stone for god's sake.
