Can they go DK way?

Mallika got married last night to jagan and somewhere we all know Jagan might not turn out to be an ideal husband. My question is, can cv's take dk way and potray that jagan is already married and have a kid. Come to think of it when DK was made polygamy was allowed and still is in some countries.. But its illegal in india. Wouldnt the track be irrelevant coz in US and in india polygamy is not allowed...its against law and may lead to punishment and imprisonment...

So would it be relevant for cv's to take DK path in this century in india? Just my pov.
