May I add a twist to the tale:

Ashu: Am so happy for you 'twelve, sorry twentyfour, no no two of you.

M: But Ashutosh, I promised you the house.

MD: Really!!! Mallika, you wanted to gift the house to Ashutosh.

M: MMM

MD: Ashutosh, give me the house, you keep Mallika.

Ashu: No No, I want only house, not Mallu.

MD & Ashu fight for house.

Finally Ashu and MD decide that both of them will live in the house and kick Mallu out of their lives.
