Many ppl here think Nidhi is becoming more of cry baby.. bt i think her stance is justified..

She did go to baba to get a hint abt her r'ship.. more than once.. inspite of her apprehensions...

She did declare it openly tht she loved Ashu and will only marry him..

Inspite of her family opposing she did want Ashu to talk to her baba... it was mere cruel luck tht b4 that cud happen her baba made her promise..

She did prove to baba tht her love for Ashu is true.. by believing tht he is indeed alive and bringing him back... wat can she do more to convince baba abt her love.. i dont understand.. and yet if her baba still wants her to break this r'ship.. has she any choice?

Didnt her action speak more than words.. Didnt she explain her bit to baba in Mandira's case?

Is Nidhi a kind of girl who wud go against her baba?

Do you want Nidhi to disobey her baba and run away with Ashu for her love and forget tht she is the only support of her baba.. and her baba is only living parent for her...?

Cant a girl like Nidhi b weak wen it comes to chosing her lover over her baba?

Most importantly Y wud she not ask Ashu to honor her promise to her baba?

I think its a building block in thr r'ship.. its gonna test thr love, trust, and understanding of each other.. love is one thing and support is another thing..

If Nidhi has a weak moment, Ashu is thr to understand and support her.. and do the rite thing..

I think it relates to real life love stories so much, many a times v wanna step back for the love of our family.. that doesnt make our love less.. its weakness of the moment .. of situation... and its the strong support and faith of our partner tht makes us sail thru.. 😳

Given the character sketch of Nidhi, I agree... even her career path was mapped out by her Dad (and Mum)

My only problem was the speed at which the story unfolded since SK entered ...it seems enough time was not invested in Ashutosh's recovery, Nidhi's struggle to nurse the love of her life back to good health and the worst thing was her family whisking her off to Kerala in a matter of minutes... all this couldv'e happened at a different pace... I feel then Nidhi promising Baba and keeping that promise would have been more impactful as she was so desperate to be beside Ashutosh, she agreed to anything and everything...

yes I agree to it .. the pace wud've made a lot of difference... i dont understand y CVs r in such a hurry.. thy cud've taken it slow emphasizing more on both Nidhi's stance and Ashu's resolve...

thts y i keep saying tht post new Ashu the script has been way better but the execution direction and story telling has been bad!

thy shud make it slow which thy r doing this week.. bt ppl r confused coz the most imp scenes were pretty fast paced last week

No we dont wnat them to run away and get married. We want them to convince the family - but TOGETHER. We just want them to do things unitedly. Hope Ashu manages to bring back Nidhi's old confidence. After all she had told Shyama aunty that they will together fight against all odds and convince Baba and she has always been telling Rohan that when Ashu is beside her she has no fear.

Thats why we are saddened by her actions. Hope she gets back her smile and confidence soon.

The rebel girl in me so wanted Nidhi to tell her baba tht I will not promise such rubbish thing! 😆..

bt thn, v dont know whether she has been a rebel against her father before .. or she has ever disobeyed her fathers instructions... it has never been shown... she had accepted her baba's wish with the dactary thing tho..

its confusing to c her soft with baba and Ashu and hard against every body else.. read Mallu 😆!

her confusion started when her baba instructed her not to meet Ashu... bt she had to meet Ashu..

is she in guilt ridden conflicting mind?

well, need to wait and watch today's epi for tht.. how does she explain her stance to Ashu?

I love the transformed ( the actor and the character) Ashu, the passion , intensity and tenderness is just what was needed... but would've made sense - if he fell for Nidhi all over again when she helped him heal...

Ah! Too much water under the bridge for that now - hope they redeem themselves soon... cause clearly SK has delivered beyond every ones expectations... and suddenly from the unsure, self-conscious, sulky, refined gentleman ... he has become a volcano of passion😉

The ball is in Nidhi court!

seems like they have fast forwarded!! While its good not to stretch the serial, too fast paced just now! Better to slow down but not dilute the storyline.

I don't have a problem with her stand. What I do have a problem with is how swiftly she changed her stand. From being I-will-fight-any-battle-for-my-love to I-will-never-see-Ashutosh again.

I mean a few weeks back(As Ashu was leaving for Delhi) she was so strong and mentally prepared to face any challenge with regards to her relationship with Ashutosh. Now she is this cry baby who is not even willing to sit with her father and talk about the issue. This is something that baffles me. At least talk to you Dad, try to reason with him.

In the name of showing that problems can wear even a strong person down, the CV's are slowly butchering Nidhi's character.

@Achiever: superb post..yaar, i agree nidhi needs to make firm choice on her relationship.. It will take sme time with lot of drama in btween...:) bt will eventually lead to nidhi making commitment to dr.ashu on their relationship.

Lovely post Achiever..! Yesterday ... Armu also highlighted the same thing that... Nidhi has been the most under pressure from the start of the relationship...and in some way...now the pressure seems to get to her!

I dun mind her being a cry baby.. but i do mind her.. NOT SHARING her pains with Ashu... as Ashu righfully said...'Tum humari ladai.. akele kyun lad rahi ho' 😳

Its never easy to chose between family n love.. but its not too hard to share things and keep the faith!
