Sorry dear...though we are watching regularly this show for the past 2 months, we too do not know about the matter you have asked...we safely chose to forget it along with the characters in the show.

oh.. your question is very logical. And we along with the CVs have forgotten about logic, original story...

Highlights
1) Nidhi's baba had heart attack, Ashu comes to know that Nidhi is the owner (thanks to Mallika) , he disappears and comes back after 2 days.(uska atit visarjan karke)
2) To repay the loan nidhi sells her nana ka house to somebody(eventually to Mallika)
3) Then nothing really happened.
4) Nidhi ke gharwale decides her rishta with Rohan
5)MB made an exit
6)He is replaced by Sharad Kelkar

This all events/ scenes were shot in single frames, MB's BD played a major role (now lost his job)

Wow.. i am not suffering from PA like CVs...

Yeah u forgot 2 tell dat after dat AshNI became stronger in bonding n then Valentines night Ashu gifted pendent to Nidhi, nd they went to SEHZAADI SALUBA KI JAGAH(MURAAD i'm cnfusd about dis name whether its Jagah or else,bt my Memory is too sharp),MANDIRA came wid a BANG on Ashni then Ashu gone Delhi, then Nw Accident on d day of Nidhi-Rohan engagement, engagement stoppd by Both, Ashu dissappeard(MB uptn here) then Nidhi started Marathan to Fing Ashu, after Weeks in a village hospital she found New Ashu(Now played by Sharad kelkar,MB left), now Ashu came in consiousness, 5 feet ki doori disappeard with new Ashu, Nidhi Tightely HUGED Ashu, then today is Monday ,watch tonight 8PM at SONY TV WHAT WILL HAPPEN!!

Ashu now know that the house belonged to Nidhi and Nidhi was his Godfather Baba's original Natni and Nidhi sold the house to repay the loan of her Baba when she did not get the response from Ashutosh.Watch episode 76.
