The creatives had fast forwarded the falling in love process at such jet speed that they have absolutely ignored the whole... 'WHY R THESE TWO IN LOVE' issue..!! I seriously for one cant fathom why Nidhi loves Ashu (barring that he is a TDH/Gentleman) ...what is it about Ashu that makes her want him so much..?? While her character has been shown as impulsive ..n 'devil may care' ...there needs to b a growth in her character.. starting from ..her desire to resume work n do something useful with her LIFE! There deffo needs to be a limit to the secret rendezvous and something concrete has to be shown.. like each trying to understand the other..!!

You have made a very valid point here. There has to be some depth in the reasons for Nidhi's attraction because it is not an infatuation. They have bypassed the entire process of growing fondness and jumped to show to different people in love. Now atleast they show show some growth as U said.

About Ashu.. well seriously.. i agree.. is he even into a relationship? What has he done for Nidhi.. till date... one thing???? Nothing at all..!! He is more concerned with keeping Mallu happy than caring for Nidhi..!! Again here also .. i dun see why Ashu loves Nidhi.. except for that she reminds him of his old self.. but is that reason enouf for making a relation last a lifetime???

True Ashu is concentrating more on Mallu. If he has already told her about Nidhi and is clear about the fact that one is friend and another is his love, then why is he hiding his meeting with Nidhi from her. He could easily have said that they have plans to visit Nidhi's baba so he cannot stay for the evening. what is this confusion about? why is behind the bush game?

The cvs.. have made a mess of the love story... no wonder the show pales in comparison to other blockbuster love stories on TV! Having said that.. i still have hOPe that.. things will improve.. but only if the leading actor / cvs/ ph...are serious enouf... specifically to address the whole BD issue which is ruining the ashni chemistry...

I love this show and the concept and it should not go waste...

very true...And all this intensity and passion can be shown in a very subtle way. with little gestures and small talks during there working together, over the phone, while hand over a file or a cup of coffee ...there is no need to show a red rose all the time. There is not connectivity between nidhi and Ashu.

Agree thr shud b something tht binds thm together.. or makes thm attracted to each other.. beyond the trivial things..

one common thing i was sure of was honesty.. bt here rite now Ashu isnt being honest..

Good point...Yes they both r honest about there love. That's the best part.

agree tht Ashu sees in Nidhi as a welcome change in his life.. bt wat beyond tht.. wat r the actual real qualities in Nidhi tht he really admires.. besides a thot and notion of warmth and easiness tht Nidhi effuses...

also not sure wat Nidhi sees in Ashu.. he has till now shown or done anythng tht Nidhi shud fall for.. in fact everything tht she admired in him has been lost..

his professional integrity.. - he fired her unfairly and is not even talking abt her career...

his loyalty.. - he questioned her faithfulness wen she didnt turn up for date..

his gentlemanliness - he is not at all concerned abt her family or her career..

his honesty - he is not coming clean abt Mallika..

his maturity - he has shown every signs tht he is more immature thn nidhi..

his worldy wisdom - he never talks abt practical problems tht Nidhi mite b facing in life after her baba's heart attack..

These were the issues I too have from the day they both realized what's between them and from the day Nidhi got fired from kotnis and hoped longer to see Nidhi growing as a strong individual as well as their love towards each other growing time after time on a vital basis more meaningfully.

But looking at all the unrealism, illogical turns and twists missing common sense, BD's, single frame…I have stopped expecting anything from this show …..It's only the great actors and their phenomenal performance that occasionally still tugs me in…

I have serious issues with the way they r showing the so called blossoming of love. Before U all disagree just through some of the observations...

1. Nidhi's character seems to be more in love with the idea of 'being in love'. She loves that fact that she in with somebody. She celebrates love that's true, but where is the person Ashutosh? She loves to surprise, she loves Heer songs, she loves to dress him up as she likes, a yellow T-shirt, a bold tie etc etc...Tell me is he a teddy bear? She behave in front of him like a teenager,,, over exited about the idea of being with her boyfriend. There is a lot of age difference between the two but Nidhi is a 24 yrs. old matured Doctor. I expect a lot more Nidhi's character rather than just talking about love love all the time. I would like to make a especial note that Kritika is doing a wonderful job with every scene that is given to her. But I have objection with the way her character is being projected. She is not a love stricken teenager going after her hero. so please do not make her look like one.

2. Dr. Ashutosh...Again the he is a matured man...he has that realisation and he does a lot of introspection as far as his relationship with Nidhi is concerned. But tell me is there any relationship? I do not see one. He just love see Nidhi celebrating her love. He gets pleasure to see that Nidhi is in so much of love. But where is his share of love? Is hanging out at odd places is love? Come on they both are doctors...they both handle the harsh realities of life everyday, the patients, poverty, diseases and disappointments. Ashutosh is neither a snob nor a rich brat...so there is no need for Nidhi to take him to these small dhabha and khokhas. First chai ki dukaan, now a dhaba, next would be gol-guppe or chole bhature...!!!!!! Kya Bas Yahi Pyaar hai?????? Had it been some other serial I would not have mind it but not in this story line.

3. I expected this show to explore the beauty of love in seemingly impossible situation...a gap of 18 years. To bridge such a long gap one does not need dhaba's and nukkaad...There has to be some concrete reasons..like same wavelength, in spite of different habits, liking and inspite of a generation's gap such relationships can grow really strong. There has to be something in common...that could be the way they perceive a thing, or values or a philosophy. It could be anything. I was expecting that this show will explore such delicate and far more important issues in life. Because If Nidhi has fallen for a matured and sober man then deep down somewhere she must be a mature and sober woman or wanting to be like one. There romancing grounds can not be the same as of two college going persons. Nidhi has liked and loved Dr. Ashutosh the way he is. Why would she expect him to behave differently. So why r they showing the romancing pattern as of some college going students? They r in the same profession and I am sure there r a lot of scope where you can express your love and romance too within the character doctors. To romance they do not have to jump out of the character. It would be nice if they will stick close to the character.

These r my views and no offence to the actors as they r doing their best under the given script.
