Why ??

Why is NIdhi's character so cold ? SHe addresses AShu as " Dr. AShutosh" where's the warmth and love ? WE dont see it in her eyes anymore ? I thought there should have been a hug since she went through an emotional rollercoaster or atleast a comfort shoulder cry ...why is everything so uptight about this serial ?
