dont' u think that its a another serial with DMG and Sanjivani where background is of medical field but all the time going of lovey dovey btw the doctors.

well in KTLK also we rarely seen nidhi or mallika doing their professional work. for ashu its different thing that he is not able do his work because of his health but what abt two female character. mallika on one side thinking of creating problem for nidhi or taunting ashu on phone and on the other side nidhi while doing her clerical work all the time think about ashu or getting ready for ashu or throwing files with irritation but no work.😕

well yes the show is having medical background but we can't forget this is a love story
dmg too was a love story of doctors
n this too
so i never expected any medical perfectionism from the show
we know that its a love story and they needed a profession for the leads
so chose medical
if it was something different then we would have complained that it was not being shown properly
but the fact is the love story is the basis of the show
