I was surprised to see Ashutosh sitting quite & listening to Mallika talking so rudely to Nidhi.

I thought Ashu should have told Mallika that Nidhi came just to wish him and was having a chat with him which is perfectly normal.

Mallika behaved as if she is already wife of Ashutosh.

And Nidhi was hurt by Mallika's way of talking.

I know Ashu knows Mallika from a long time & he has met Nidhi only recently but I was little surprised to see Ashu simply sitting and watching.He could have atleast asked Nidhi to stay for a little more time because he was enjoying chatting with her.

I dont know if I am right or wrong but just thought of sharing my views here.

absolutely he should not have sat there simply listening to mallika...he should have asked nidhi to stay back atleast once...coz its his house not mallika's

well i agree with u but ashu's mindset that time is also acceptable
we all know how much mallika loves him and he too know it
so i guess on seeing the situation he expected such behavior from her
and he didn't said anything as mallika is aggressive and maybe she would have started fight in front of nidhi and maybe express her feelings
so to ignore all this he stood calm but still he made a stand for nidhi

He did what was RIGHT.. by not telling anything to Mallu.. he maintained her dignity. . n respect as a senior... whereas by.. Accepting the ROSE. .he respected Nidhis.. wishes.. !! What Ashu did was MARVELLOUS..

Actions.. speak.. Louder than Words... Loved it!

True to his portrayal of a gentleman, he did not get angry at Mallika in front of Nidhi. Remember when he gave the dressing down to Nidhi after the shehenshah episode, he asked Mallika to politely step out first. But he should have blasted her after Nidhi left, which I do not know if he did.

i think Dr. A was a bit dazed at that moment...Mallika & Nidhi both at his house on the same night...it's all weird...& the way Mallu reacted...I dont think he's seen her that way before...I think his silence was his own way of observing Mallu & Nidhi's reaction...he saw the way Nidhi's face fell when mallu said he doesnt like flowers...& he stopped Nidhi from leaving ...& took the rose...

he was observing both of them...(his expressions are marvellous anyway)..pyar ki dushman tho chilla rehi dhi na..maza atha he...2 girls fighting for a man..kya achievement hei...h,ooo

I agree with you people that Ashu chose to remain silent and his way of communicating was different but I wanted him to say a little more.Maybe next time whenever Mallika talks rudely to Nidhi hope Ashu comes for her defense

His reactions in that scene were very interesting...MB is so superb at nuance...oozing charm and class in literally every gesture...he MAKES these scenes in so many ways.

I liked the AN scenes today...there was a simple, earnest sort of sweetness to them.

Agree with you he should have said something when Mallika asked nidhi to leave as if she's talking to her maid.This is not known as good manner why should Mallika tells nidhi to leave when they were all at Ashutosh place.he should have asked mallika something instead of letting Nidhi leave.yeah by accepting the flower he surely slapped Mallika indirectly though unknowingly.
