This story seems to be based a little bit on Haseena Moin's Pakistani serial. Dont remember the name though. The male and female leads are doctors and that the house Dr.Ashutosh happens to be inherited by Nidhi herself...if the story line is heading in the Pakistani serial's direction. Let's see
