I think this might be to clarify the whole situation with Mallika...in Dhoop Kinare, they meet at a tea party for the doctors and there Dr. A clarifies to Zoya that things are not what they look like...since Zoya had seen Sheena with Dr A in a similar scene...so I think Dr. A will tell Nidhi something similar...
