Wow!
An episode which answered many questions raised in our minds.

It was the end of all hopes for Asha and Ishwari, who had given up on Sonakshi & Dev. They were caught in their own traps and they could do nothing about it.
Just when it was all dark, Their chiraag came in to rekindle hopes.
Such an endearing scene it was.
What Asha said was very true, how could love lose if it had an army of such cute soldiers?😳

You all remember how when this track started, some of us were worried, some annoyed that again It will be Ishwari who would make them realise their love, or that why do Devarshi always need a third angle to realise their love?
But do you notice, how they actually have an army of supporters now yet it is all seeming impossible. That army of Asha, Ish, Soha, Golu, Sourab, Ronita. .Is all helpless right now . .Waiting for Sonakshi to take a decision.
They will reunite but because of their own will, all these are merely mediums. Had they been the very cause of their realisation, it would have happened a month back! Or just when the third angle was introduced.
Seven years back, Only Ishwari, Gkb & Vicky were a part of the army, against Devarshi, still they lost.
Because the battle is always their own, no one else's.

Sonakshi obstinacy has done something really wonderful. It made Dev see how deep and fresh the wounds of the past are. .He can see how tightly she is holding herself and it hurts him even more because this pain was inflicted by their relationship.

He has a plan but that doesn't mean he would force her. .He is waiting, with his eyes closed, with faith in his love. . For her to take a decision.
Ishwari reminds him that this faith can break that innocent girl's heart which they are using as a pawn. I am so thankful they mentioned this aspect.

The most significant scene was when Dev came inside the office, when she was sleeping. .To pour his heart out before her, to confess.
See the evolution of him. . Once upon a time, his mother was his God. No one above her. Then, after a long period of animosity with the mother above, he made peace with the real God.
And now, he was there. . Before her. . Who was sitting like an Idol, with her eyes closed..Folding his hands before her, pleading to stop the engagement before it's too late.
Isn't it how we pray before the eternal? We go before the idol, we can't hear him, conv erse with him, can't see his reactions, neither do we know he is hearing us or not.
It is purely a matter of faith, It is that faith, that connection that we know he will hear us, will listen to our prayers.
Dev could not say this directly before Sona, she would not hear! So he chose to say it when she could, not by her ears but with the connection they had by heart.
I loved loved loved that scene.
It was very symbolic!
Also, it reminded me of the introduction of the show by Sony, They said how for Dev, his mother was his God and For Sonakshi, her love was God.
They have come a long way, haven't they?

P.S I know that Dev addressing Bijoy as Budhau etc would have irked many and while it may have crossed the line for many of us, it is the truth that frustration makes us speak many such things, where we just blabber anything.😆😆😊 We always don't mean it, do we?

P.P.S We should mentally prepare ourselves for super emotional episodes next week😭

Wonderful post, saumiee !! Hopefully Dev will be able to stop things at right time.
I was thinking nisha knew about his plan. Doesn't seem so.
Then it will be heart breaking for her.
How will they show that ?
That is so unfair.
Atleast the previous night Dev should have spoken to nisha like he did with Natasha.

Its gonna be really tough Saumiee.

Dev knows everything, where he went wrong and how much she is still hurt.
Somewhere ishu looks quite similar to her core character. She is sorry bt never got a chance to repent and now also she wants to set thing straight. Where Dev wants sona's self realistaion n is not forcing her, Ishu is directly talking to Sona.

Dev still loves her a lot and he said it in his confession today. I thought Sona would wake up after he leaves, but it didn't happen.

Honestly, I am very skeptical about Dev's plan, when he himself know that how much risk is involved in it and how many lives are at stake. I am confused and will wait for the next week episodes.

Ps- Shaheer should do gargles.

Beautiful post saumiee. Dev has actually surrendered himself to God. He doesn't have trust in his love, he has Faith and faith can move mountains.
Regarding him calling bijoy budhau, have we all never called some senior person closely related to us budhau, khoonsat, sardiyal etc etc in our mind especially when they badly irk us. Does that mean we actually mean those words or we don't respect our elders?

Maybe most here are saints but I am just not one and therefore found Devs frustu monologue funny

Amazing write up Saumiee. Your posts always makes me smile. 😃 .

I agree with you Payal and it is not just our elders, sometimes we even call our kids names. Sometimes we refer to them as little devil or demon and also as "daadiyamma", if the child is acting like one. 😆 . Does that mean we don't love our children or we actually think them as devil or demon or any of those names. Even I found it funny.

Even I call my son raakshas, ullu, gadha, dangar etc etc depending upon how badly he irritates me. But that doesn't mean I don't love him. There is a difference between using a word affectionately or with bad intentions and that can easily be judged by the tone and tenor of the voice
