Chapter 28:
Few days passes by.Dev and Sonakshi had become very busy with their works.They had no time to spend with each other.Dev was worried for this but didn't exhibit it before sonakshi.Sonakshi know dev.she could not see this.She was so worried for them.She knew they were doing a lot of sacrifices just to keep their families happy.Though they love each other and want to spend time with each other,they cannot do it.They are bound by professional works.So she thought she has to do something for them.And they literally need a break.She then talked to Raj and executed her plan.
The next day all were assembled for a board meeting.
Raj:so guys I have called you all here to share some news to youI have seen everyone doing hardwork to become successful in our ongoing projectBut for that ,I cannot snatch away all your freedom and happinessSo I have thought to give you all a break
Rahul:Wow!break to everyone
Raj:wait wait.Dont be very excited.Then how will we complete our project haan.
Dipika:sothen whats your plan?
Raj:mm.ill say it.so,we will do it like .Every week for 3 days ill give break for 2 membersThe ones who want to spend time sitting alone at home can sit or those who want to go anywhere can go.So hows it?
Priya:Splendid raj.by this all will get some time to be free.
Rahul:but who will go this week.
Raj:Who do you all think should go?
Rahul:mm no idea.
Raj:ok ill give you a hint.They are the much much and much in love couple,thelove birds of our team.
Rahul,Priya,Dipika:Dev and Sonakshi
Raj:yeah our dev and sonakshi will go this time.They are not at all getting time with each other.
Dev:but raj,if I go,how will you all handle things.
Rahul:ohho,dev.dont act too much.as soon as you got to know that you both are going out,you would have been very excited.Abd now acting as if you are so responsible about your work.
Sonakshi:shut up rahul.he is saying it because he is responsible.
Dipika:See see,if we say anything about them,both will stand for each other.so much love.
After pulling each others legs for sometime,all departed for their works.Sonakshi thanked raj.and he told not to worry.its his responsibility.he has seen how they both worked hard day and night.So they definitely needed break.Dev overheard it.He was so happy that Sonakshi shed her inhibitions and had started to think about giving time for each other.
Sonakshi:What happened dev?
Dev:Sona,you did all this na.i know .i heard everything.
Sonakshi:Yes dev.i did this.Beacause I feel,we hve so much immersed in our work that we forgot to give each other timeI know you always craved for it but you being dev,never told anything.And I know about you.So that's why I did all thisI hope you liked it
Dev:No Sona,I didn't like it
Sona:you didn't like it .im sorry I should have asked you once.i didn't discuss it with you.Iam sorry.
Dev:Arer arey sona.I was just kidding.i don't like it.I just love it.Happy.Dont ever think that I will not like anything that you do.I love everythinh you do.And this was so unexpected.
Sonakshi:you na,you will never change.now go and work we have few more days to go.we need to do all those things that we cant do while we go.
Dev:you na.you are just impossible.
Saying this,dev goes from there.
Sonakshi's pov:
Dev,You are stunned at this itself.My would be husband.Wait foer a week.You will be more shocked to see it.
Then soon the weekend came.Dev and Sonakshi packed their stuff.They thought of spending sometime in a nearby hill station.As they went there,they went to a resort to chill out.They reached there only at night.So dev asked sonakshi to sleep for now.They will go out the next morning.
As told by dev,she went to sleep.But both could not sleep.actually it had become a habit.Both sleep by seeing each other through window at their homes.But here it was different.They could not see each other.Then dev came up with a plan.HE slowly pepped inside sona's room.
Sonakshi:Dev,what happened?Any problem?
Dev:no no .see,at our home,we were sleeping seeing each other.But here,I cant get sleep yaar.pls help na.
Sonakshi:what?
Dev:I mean,see there is no window here and I cant sleep.so...
Sonakshi:so..
Dev:we will do one thing.if you are ok.You sleep on bed.ill sleep on the couch.By this,I can see you also and I will get good sleep.
Sonakshi:No this is not possible.
Dev:Sona,please na yaar.please.
Sonakshi:Ok but only on couch.
Dev:ok ok.Thank you.
Dev then settles himself on couch.Sonakshi sleeps peacefully and dev was happy how sona was changing for him.He was very contended by now.
The next day,dev went to his room and got resdy for his outing.
Sonakshi also was getting ready.As soon as both got ready,they were about to go but suddenly he got a call.
Dev:yes whos it?
Raj:dev,its me Raj.
Dev:yeah raj,tell me .Whats the matter?Any problem?
Raj:Yeah actually,there is a major crisis here and only you can clear it.But..
Dev:but im here.thats the problem no?
Raj:im sorry Dev.I only sent you but ..
Dev:Don't worry,I will call you right back.
Sonakshi:What happened?
Dev:Actually,there has been a crisis over there and they ned me.i don't know what to do now.
Sonakshi:What to do?You have to be there.
Dev:But sona,I don't like this.Whwnever I think to spend sometime with you,one or the other thing happens and we don't spend time with each other.I really don't like when I have to go leaving you alone.
Sonakshi:Dev,don't forget.You are the team leader and you have certain responsibilities.You need to fulfil them.Go there.ill be alright.
Dev:Why are you always so understanding sona.
Sonakshi:Because I love you.i know you will never leave me alone for unnecessary reasons.You go.
DEv:You go.then where are you going?
Sonakshi:ill go to my parents home and will reach office by 2 days.You go and finish your work.
Dev:But..
Sonakshi:no but.i just say go.ill come soon.
After sometime,dev got ready and bid adieu.
Sonakshi then went to her hometown to xecute her next plan.no no ,it was not her plan to send dev again to work.That was totally unexpected.but now she is going to her home for getting that thing which she had been planning for more than a month.
She reachedher home and got it.
Asha:Shona,you are ready for it na.
Sonakshi:Yes ma.im ready now.i think I had been selfish for sometime.i was just thinking about us,our family.Though I love dev and his family,I didn't think about it.now im ready.i cannot make them wait for long.Though dev also wants it he will not say it;That's why when you all told about this and asked for my permission,I immediately sais yes.
Ishwari;Sonakshi,im very happy today.
Sonakshi:but one thing.Dont tell this to dev.I want to give him surprise.
Ishwari:Ok beta,we will not say.we just want you two to be happy .
Sonakshi:ok maa.its getting late.im going haan.See you guys soon.
Sonakshi then goes to delhi.She messaged dev to meet her at the backyard.As soon as dev read it,he immediately went there

Dev:Sona,I missed you so much.Why did you come so late.
Sonakshi:Dev,dev,relax.now I have come na.dont worry.
Dev:ok so,tell me.whats the matter.why did you call me?
Sonakshi:mm.i have brought you something.
She then gives him a parcel.Dev opens it and was shocked to see it.
Dev:Sonakshi,this..I mean its our wedding invitation.How did this happen?You were not ready for this right.Did my maa force you?tell me.Ill talk to them.
Sonakshi:Dev,how many questions?relax.ill tell you.maa had told me one month back that there is a good muhurat after 2 months.tThey asked me if I was ready.
Dev:And what did you say?
Sonakshi:What will I say?i told ok.
Dev:What/I mean are you ready?
Sonakshi:yes dev,im ready.i thought for it for so many times.This is the right time.I mean I know I have been postponing our marriage.But I thought we will be there with each other always.But now we have been so much immersed in our job that we forgot our family and their happiness.They just want our happiness.So,I thought this will be the right time for it.And I also know that you have been waiting for it.Such a despo.
Dev:sona,I cant thank you enough.You always talk what I wanted to say.Such a telepathic connection we have.Im so so so happy that finakky you agreed for our marriage.
Sonakshi:See,I told you .such a despo you are.Desparately waiting my yes but you will never say it by yourself right.
Dev:hello madam.who is despo.You are despo.It was you who did all the arrangements even printed cards .
Sonakshi:So,it means,you don't want it.ok.ill go and return them.we will get married after a year itself.
Dev:sona sona,.i was just kidding yaar.
Sonakshi:I know.
Dev:you.
They then had a lovable time with each other.Both dev and sonakshi were so much in love with each other that they always look after the others likes before theirs.lets see how this new phase changes their equations.
Thank you so much guys for your support.Actually,I had been admitted in the hospital.So I could write only this week.also I think this is the longest chapter.I will try updating my other ff mujhe teri zaroorat hai by this weekend.i thought that I would write it today but im so much tired.sorry.will update by weekend.and this ff will be updated next week.till then enjoy this chapter.bye
