Please help me here. Little confused.
I am here only for Dev & Sona. The reason I made this post is all the Dev bashing yesterday. I know he is spineless, mommy's boy. He was roaming around with other girls these years as well. But he didn't knew his own family tricked him into this separation. He realised some tricks of Ishwari, but none can expect him to hate his mother when all his life he have been treating her like a goddess and praising her for the sacrifices she made. So for her happiness she left Sona but as a revenge he never even used to be home for long. Remember the season2 beginning?

But this doesn't mean Dev and Sona doesn't have feelings still. They didn't get separated because they wanted to. The situations made them, no. They do love each other, but their ego and misunderstanding is standing between them. Iam here to see them fight romance fight romance...

So if someone says they can't stand gkb, Ishwari or Vicky I understand, cause they are the villians. I have stopped watching the serial in between sveral times cause of them and the negative vibes. I watch a serial t o see romance or for fun, no negativity. So If you hate the hero or heroine then why do you even watch the show?

And dears please don't get me wrong. I am not trying to be rude or mean or anything of the sort. This is a genuine question that came to my mind.

Oh wow! That means Sona is a goddess and she has noting to redeem , isn't it? Dev should redeem himself by apologising to that senseless , mannerless ,irritating guy Bijoy, isn't it?And that too by catching his legs?Because, despite loving Sona selflessly Dev is always at fault, but goddess Sona doesn't have even one ounce of fault!Despite of not knowing how to behave with a 6 year old kid Bijoy is perfect! And his beti is just perfect because she is absolutely flawless!Dev should be hanged because of misbehaving with them isn't it?WOWWW What a logic!!!!👏

but remember the scenes when Dev told Suhana that Bijoy is angry with him cause he troubled his daughter a lot in the past? So he knows what he had done. And slowly Sona will also realise he wasn't the real culprit. Let them take their own time. Till then let us enjoy their romantic fights.

Heyy!!

After reading some of the posts yesterday , exactly the same question popped up in my mind. If you are so repulsed by the male character and the forced romance why then do you even watch the show. whatever the male protagonist does is never good enough. This show is centered around Dev and Sonakshi's love story and even though they are separated the makers have made it clear that the love is still there so naturally there will be some sprinklings of affection shown between them. If its so unpalatable then don't watch it.

These members watch the show and then come to the forum to criticize it. Yes criticism is welcome but sometimes it just goes overboard and this I think is not fair to the viewers who love the show for various reasons.

Good question. I started watching the show because of the promises it made.
I now watch the show because I am trying to figure out what exactly they want to show.

I am only an average human being. I live in a complex society. So I have developed various tools to adapt, adjust and tolerate varying behaviours and mannerisms. The constant yo-yoing in characters is mind boggling and I am trying to understand if this is reality, if this happens in real life, is it still the mature love story they promised.

You know what they say about the old Indian movies, when people fall in love, they chase a lamb and run around trees. I grew up thinking that was funny, what a fantasy!

Years later, I am watching a show where lying is justified, rudeness is justified, typing a woman is justified, locking her alone is justified. Who writes/speaks lines like this: " If people see you and I locked in this room, theri hi badnamii hogi" Really? in what relationship, culture or tradition is this acceptable, in this day and age?

BTW, I have a deep interest in history and what that speaks about people's culture and values. This show alongside questioning my sanity is now questioning my morality too!

I watch this show mainly for Devakshi and the realistic take of the story. Shaheer Sheikh and Erica Fernandes have a wonderful chemistry and both look fresh and charming. In fact I had stopped watching the Hindi serials , all of them utter crap, highly challenging our intelligence. I took to watching Pakistani serials that are far more realistic than ours and also they are very short, only 20-30 episodes. But then I came across KRPKAB and now I am glued to it like mad. What ever the short comings , I love this show and want it to continue for at least another 2 or 3 years

Started watching this show for its fresh approach and as shaheer always says it is a light hearted show which brings a smile to everyone 's face. I was never a shaheer fan but I instantly liked Erica.but as the show progressed I realized that shaheer is such a good actor. The first few episodes post leap were fine for me.But after that iam not able to relate to how dev is behaving. Then they brought the alternate week stay plan. That again raised my hopes. But all in vain. Not liking anything that is happening but still watching for shaheer and Erica and the show's past legacy... 😕

Well, I started watching the showr ecently. Say around a month back. I watched the episodes back to back online.
I liked the characterization of Dev and Sona. I like how helpless he was between his mother and the woman he loves, I liked how he made Sona feel special. The acting and the consistency of the character was well portrayed. His love and his gentleness was well depicted as was his anguish and indecision and his foolishness. Also, the small attempts he made to correct his mistakes showed he knew somewhere inside that he was making mistakes. It made him real character. A man with flaws and goodness and weaknessess and strengths.
I admire Sona's characterization. She is well etched out character. A young girl who wants to fall in love and when she does she is willing to make a lot of changes yet she does not believe in killing her self esteem. She is strong and knows right from wrong. She is honest and not confused about the man she loves and how to support him best. I liked the way she would bring the best out in Dev. She was repectful and mindful of the relationships in Dev's life. She was also one who made mutiple attempts to forget, forgive and move on. I specially liked how her resilence and her warmth and genuniness always shone through
In season 1 both characters stayed true to their graph.
In season 2 Dev seems to have to graph/ no character sketch to fall back on. Who is this Dev? I just cannot figure. And why is he so upset only with Sona and her family. And not with his own family. Why does MR successful businessman not realise who played him foul. Its very strange.
And Sona's graph is also going haywire.
I know they love each other. That is given. but to get back together there has to be some use of logic ...and not just gimmicks
