Early introduction of jatins character

I dint see proper use of introduction of jatin character till now.. bechara he was just standing all the time at one place whenever there was a talk about him...

Even during his marriage to Sona he stood far he dint speak a word.

Just to drag the episode to make sure Dev takes time to realise that he is father of Soha they introduced jatins character this early..

Ha real support is needed when dev confronts Sona about Soha..

Till then basically have character isn't needed...

And thank God they dint introduce the girl...

Exactly the jealousy angle lasted for 1 day with Sona herself clarifying that she and Jatin are just friends. Remarriage track also ended as Sona clearly said no for marriage.

Maybe Jatin is there now just as a mediator between Sona n Dev and wud help both of them to understand each other's POV.

He will be used in the story little later.. but as of now nothing that imp showed in his character .
