I am thinking on the same lines...I guess she must have come to show the baby...but then Ishwari's talk with mamaji abt Golu and Dev ...might have made Sona to think that Dev had moved on ...probably expecting a baby...hence she would have gone back.

I think she may have listened abt golu that dev is happy with him nd doesn't want anyone. Becoz ishwari was happily saying something. What it may be. The flashback is shooted just now.

Just now saw the promo and even I felt Sona came to Dixit mansion to tell Dev about suhana.. but not sure though... Because the clothings of mamaji is the style which he is wearing now... Not the old ones .

Sonakshi must have went to Dixit mansion after Soha's birth. She asked the guard Mr. Dixit ghar pe hai. Unknowingly either Dev or Ishwari must have done some goof up and turned her away. Something must have happened that she decided to not to tell Dev about her daughter again.

Ishwari- mamaji scene was not of flashback and it was recent. I find her happy and restless at the same time. She was waiting for someone outside the house. So may be she have got to know about Soha and was waiting for her.
