I loved tia.o's post - see if you have missed it ! I agree with much that has been said there.
Here is what I don't get:
Dev's miscalculation ---

a) Suraj = Jatin (who btw is just sooo sweet, calm and seems the stable friend everyone needs).
b) Sona not over me :) --- really? (oh well maybe - but I will say too early to tell)
c) Dev --- I have moved on. And the girls I ve been with love me so much (I say Yeah right)
Dev's Missed Calculation:
a) Golu talks now of Suhana Bose. Who Hamelin Suhana nahin - Suhana Bose bulwati hai
b) He sees Sona getting up as though she was talking to someone younger?
c) He has seen her get a call from "school" before;
