I think it was harmless flirting. Paromita is very intelligent and loyal employ. She not only said now i know y m'am fall for u but asked him y u guys seperated. Bcoz she is bothered about her boss.
What Dev was doun is to trouble Sonakshi, if paro gets patofied Sona will be irritated nad probably jealous and he'll get his much awaited reactions.
