Sona won't accept that deal of office at lower price. As she would think that Dev is doing some favour her and she won't accept it what you people think.

According to precap she has already bought the place, and at this point of time I think Sona dosenot expect anything from Dev.

I don't know why Sonakshi wants to work in close proximity of Dev other than the obvious should not see be scared off her secret Soha being out yo Dev. Confusing

Even I think the deal is done. Just listen to sona and that man's conversation. It's clear that she bought it. And the confirmatory message was also sent to Vicky! Before selling he did not know that stocks will fall or something like that will happen and after that again the company will start! See the episode also ended where dev doesn't know that building is sold by Vicky! Tomorrow he would know that Vicky sold the building for money and then the precap scene will happen I guess.
