I feel cheated by the creators of this show!

The negativity and the drama quotient is so high in this serial right now!! It truly feels unreasonably filmy!!

One episode shows extreme negativity where Ishwari+RR+Vicky turned from grey characters to complete villains and the other episode is too comical for me to even digest!

Dev and Sonakshi were shown to be mature and responsible people from the beginning of the show. Ishwari was also shown as a mature person (a bit OTT) but grounded. RR was almost childishly greedy, eyeing for money, but was not a negative villain type of character. She was more of a comic relief.

I really wanted to see how Ishwari and Sonakshi ultimately bond and become the ideal Saas-Bahu! But sigh!! They ruined it completely.

Now for season 2, the story line is pretty predictable. Ultimately after a lot of tashan and drama, the kid will bring Dev-Sonakshi together, But there have been movies like these since 1970s that parents create rift between the Hero-Heroin, they get separated and then the kids bring them together ,etc etc.

Obviously I know I shouldn't be watching this show if I am so unhappy with it; but I question about the time I have already invested in this show that promised that it was about those 3 main characters! I feel cheated and my time wasted !!

Isn't this the story of most Hindi serials?

Actually I started watching bocause of the 3 leads their chemistry & simple storytelling. No ott drama. Unfortunately it regressed pretty fast after the marriage. The problem is that they should have concluded the show without the leap by closing all the loops instead of showing the weird characterization post leap.

The only reason I watch is for sharica & also an innate curiosity as to what happens to these characters on whom I have invested so much time. Plus truly this is really much better than most shows out there!

I can understand it is difficult..Well to be honest, everything about the show was before leap.. I mean the central plot of the show was the initial 2-3 promos.. How Dev and Sona are not together bcoz of Ishwari and how they will sort out their problems... With the coming of leap, all those tracks have simultaneously ended.. No one expected that the infertility track would end all other tracks..

As for season 2, all I can say is.. there is only one simple funda to watch season 2.. Watch it from an entertainment POV... Coz if we see story wise, we may not get what we want...

If I watch the initial promos I feel is this the same show I am watching now ..it's so different.Post first breakup everything was OTT drama ..be it Ritwick track ,stalking or engagement drama .Thats when I felt cheated becUse they promised a mature love story .

After that show was never the same .They did try to tell the story of Ishwari and Devakshi but viewers never accepted the track .Compared to other shows this show did not show a evil MIL but it wasn't appreciated.Wo makers decided to focus on Devakshi love story so they ruined certain characters in this process

I agree with this comment above completely and that is why it makes me all the more upset that they completely ruined a show that took off so well! Ever since the marriage track started, Ishwaris insecurities came out and they just did not know how to handle this aspect in a mature manner. They just turned in to a sas bahu show. I am so frustrated! And now this season 2 is only because they just couldn't figure out how to handle season 1. That is why I feel sooo cheated. Take a leap and just change the story line and they just ignore the central plot! Not done!
